When the parents play the card about "all they have done for her", she could reply, "You expect accolades for fulfilling your legal and moral obligations to parent your children?"
Wow, I'm really sorry you had to go through that. It must have been incredibly hurtful to feel overlooked during such a critical time. Your feelings are completely valid, and I hope you're surrounded by people who support and care for you now. You deserve that!
And they try to tell us that AI is intelligent every story that includes “IV drip” says “4 drip” or “four drip” it’s like trying to use chat bot “ I don’t understand your request” to a simple inquiry
that are not parents! So they accept to eventually to lose one daughter for the "award" from the other! disgusting! also disgusting that they come to the hospital only for money!
Actually yes, my mother inlaw broke her hip at the age of 77. Within 2 days of surgery, she was walking with crutches, within 4 weeks mom was using a walking stick. My brother aged 60 broke his hip and leg just above his knee, had surgery and within a week he was using a walker. So yes a person can be walking within a week after surgery for a broken, fractured leg.
If she needed surgery, then they stabilized the leg with pins instead of placing a cast and immobilizing the leg. You are usually on you feet the next day for a few minutes at a time. Really cuts down the incidence of embolisms.

Sorry, can’t afford to help. I’m paying for therapy for ptsd and abandonment.
I'd tell the doctors and nurses to not allow her family into her room, ever!
My thought exactly.
Bail or no bail, April will be spending significant time in prison.
Exactly
Doing the bare minimum as parents is NEGLECT. That and the emotional abuse could be grounds for a lawsuit.
"New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital"... 🤣🤣🤣
Next door to the Baptist-Muslim Flatbush Hospital.
@@dough9512 Across from the Buddhist Jehovah's witness medical center.

HOW on earth did ANYONE know the balance in her savings account? Too many people have loose lips.
I thought that same thing. But also saved up almost 2 million.... Yeah right??!!!
IV=4. WHAT YOU HAD WAS I.V. DRIP=INTRAVENOUS DRIP. PLEASE GET IT RIGHT.
Very good that she said No, no to lending her savings.i suspect the parents and sister would try to get her out of the country.
Not sure the author understands the concept of bail
It’s not a “four”, it’s an I V.
Yes, pronounced eye vee
That tells us that the narrator is actually AI. Hence the sleep-producing monotone.

IV is an abbreviation for Intravenous, Not the Roman numeral four. It is pronounced "eye vee". Please correct the software. I
Hey, at least AI knows it’s Roman numerals and who Bach was. It’s a start.
@ lol
I've said the same thing many times. I'm a lab tech so it was particularly annoying. Instead of IV.... I suggest Ivy... Like the plant! 😅
Where's the 20 million April stole?? Pretty hard to hide it, but they knew how much the sister had? 🤔
Presbyterian Methodist hospital?
Great story!!!
The description at the beginning is not necessary. To me, it is wasting the readers time, waiting for the story to get to the point.
Hahaha April! The family fraudsters
One minute she is in High School, next she’s some kind of NYC office supervisor.
People too fast on "the black sheep living a good life while golden child selling herself on every men on the street" 😂
Really? Added to my fore? That would be IV.
Thank you, that confused me lol
IV pronounced eye vee
LOL - on a cane after 3 weeks from a leg broken enough to need surgery?

IV is pronounced eye-vee not four/fore.
AI reading is the reason why many words are misread (red) but they pronounce it as misreed.
It's not pronounced "4". It's pronounced "I,V" you pronounce each letter.
Why always used all we done for you? But in reality they did nothing but force he doing everything they need from her
Narration was waaaaay too slow. So annoying
I turned the speed up.
So change the play back speed. I listen to it on 1.75 and get through the whole story in almost half the time.
@@sandyrice3559 And the voice sounded normal at that speed.
So happy to find what I believe is a real person narrator 😊
It's AI
The narrators voice so slow and funny accent , very boring to listen
Couldn`t listen to more than 5 minutes. Slow monotonous voice.
IKR? It was painful to listen to, so I muted it, opened the settings and set the speed at 2.0 to just read the whole thing.
