Can you now show how to actually set the watch up to follow training in those zones? I 'believe' you do it through the My Workouts and pick what heart zone you want to train in... but maybe you can walk through that next. Good simple vid, thanks.
hi @brandi barbre which method do you set up garmin watch to use??? i set it up to use my heart rate reserve for my heart rate zone??? i heard its more effective to use that that the other two methods it lets you choose from??? is this true???

Do you have any recommendations when it comes to choosing a garmin watch- vivoactive 3 vs. forerunner 645 or 235?
