We are playing State of Decay 2 by Undead Labs - the best Zombie Apocalypse Survival game out there. Using fresh rolled characters we dive tackle a mod called "Increase Zombie Spawn Rate" by the modder: lixniqia. With +100% more zombie spawns, can we survive the Double Lethal Zone??

Playthrough rules :
- Take first available fresh characters, no re-rolls.
- No boons, no mini-map, no aim snap, no aim assist, no bounty broker, no auto-righting cars, no map marker...basically no artificial advantages
- You can only use radio calls that you earn in game.
- No cheesing (cheesing hearts, standing on car roofs, reversing into juggernauts, enlisting immortal characters etc)
- No Scentblock
- No OP ...so for me that includes Trader Outpost, pyro-launchers, Red Talon recruits (weapons are fine if you can find them), no prestige or unearned radio call ins, no gifts from Undead Labs like the bloodmobile. No Cleo or daybreak items at all unless found in game.
- Try not to go overboard with vehicle kills and dodge spam.

Great series Guru.
I was thinking about what you said about chewing through your ammo. Maybe thrown decoys may be an option? Then down the line thrown decoys and fire to thin the roden...I mean hoards. Just a thought. 53:41 or...you could just dismiss her as a follower and she'd make her own way to the base. No mess, no fuss😁

Thanks so much, Norm! Ever since I recruited two military survivors from an enclave in Darkside and they travelled across the map only to die of plague on the road, I've always enlisted anyone I recruit 😄 It mostly works... 😆👍😎

@@gurugamingkiwi I only meant at the end when you got back to the out post 👍. My other suggestion was going to be check around your outpost for plague samples. There might have been some there. I think you used the samples to cure either Plunk or Adrian I'm not sure. Really enjoying this Guru. Keep it up.

Imagine that not only superheros like Deadpool can break the fourth wall that survivors could do it too. So instead of your mum calling it would be a survivor from SOD 2 asking for help. That would be scary, right? Material for a horror movie for sure. 🙂 So, in this scenario by the next morning you would wake up in Trumbull Valley.

You most definitely do not want to get" cursed "ball with a fuel sucking Black Plague Hearts, smh, I play on nightmare action and had one pop up on me this weekend with my OG 300 day plus crew that almost made me move maps and cut the cursed ball mode off💯🤕✌🏾🤣

I think SOD 2 is one of my favorite games ever!
But I've been thinking...
Sod 1 made me feel "dread" in a way I dont remember feeling while playing Sod 2...
Any thoughts?

I know what you mean. I think the SOD1 zombies where more janky that made them feel scarier..but also they were individually more dangerous (more damage) plus SOD1 stamina was much less forgiving. When you ran out you were pretty helpless and the regen was much slower. Thanks for watching and the comment 👍 😎
