Usman - Vlogger has done it very well here. I was surprised to know his achievements here in Germany. He has done great in a very short time which is unbelievable. His suggestions are based on reality and I have observed he has a positive attitude.
But one can find job in any sector by complying the requirements. Studies , work related experience and some B2 level language. Among all requirements, Work experience is of utmost importantance. It’s reality that jobs exist with IT and its related fields. Engineering, health care, business related jobs require some German language perhaps B2 can create good chances.

Which things are important for me and now i start preparation? What is interview process? Whichever I follow method, i will win the job within 2 to 3 months? My travelling date 29 September.
You can find many jobs on LinkedIn but usually they require German language too, usually interview process take 1 to 2 months, pls prepare ur CV on German format and apply lots of jobs on Indeed too

Yes you should apply from India and you will have all interviews online and after that they will sponsor you work or blue card visa
but you should also ask k wo visa sponsors kar rahe hain k nahe, kuch companies sponsor nahe karti but majority of them They DO SPONSOR
