In this video, we (yes, my Dutch buddies and ‘support crew’ have arrived) explored Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego. Sadly without the bikes; they had to stay behind in Rio Gallegos. 😢😢
Fortunately, we were able to continue with our camper Sprinter and enjoyed the end of the world, its nature and cuisine.
Next week, we’re back on the bikes to take on Ruta 40!!

Earlier this year in October 2022, I left Vancouver to ride solo to the most southern tip of South America. Well, solo until Buenos Aires as I will be joined by a couple of friends to complete the last bit. The plan is to ride approximately 30,000 kilometers through 18 countries. Wish me luck!

i know you are a well established dude... but when you said "there goes the ferry"... i literally couldn't.... that would mean it is going away from you!!! haha. Instead i'm sure you meant "here comes the ferry"!!! it gave me a good chuckle. i am swiss and i still do say things like this after living in LA for about 20 years. Thank you for taking us on your journey

Thanks for your comments. Sadly the ferry was actually leaving as it was just a small one and we had to wait for the next one! Fortunately a bigger one came next and took us across too! 😎🙏
