In interviews or preliminary interviews for a possible interview for a management position with a headhunter, I always fail with the same argumentation from a potential employer that I have no formal disciplinary management experience. Professional management experience in the context of e.g. project management is seen as insufficient or not relevant. How can I deal with this aspect better and increase my chances of success? A video about it wouldn't be bad.
I would suggest taking a training course on disciplinary management - that way you can say although you don't have experience, you recognise this, and have taken it upon yourself to develop in this area with a training course which you have completed. You can then also say how you would implement this using an example.

Hi Richard. Critical Thinker seems to be a tricky competency to eloquently answer - can you give an example question and answer along the lines of ‘When have you made a decision that has had a positive effect on a customer or colleague.’ Thank you so much in advance.

For this question, here is what I recommend you focus on for this question which is commonly asked "Tell me about a time when you did something at work that had a positive impact on your team or the organization." Tip: Doing something positive at work could include saving the business money, providing great customer service that goes above and beyond, increasing sales, making a suggestion that improves systems or processes, or undertaking a training course that improves working efficiency.
