literally we have been doing everything from the front of the printer for nearly 3 months now, couldn't see any paper jam so couldn't work it out, nearly just spent a fair bit of money to purchase a new one then came across your video, went straight to the rear unit, cleared it and now it's working again.Thank you 👍🏽😁
