Wow, thank you!🙏🏼 that means so much. Yes you can try the GuyTang “lift me up” toners in your lightener to lift and tone at the same time. Best part is with lighteners, you can use lower volume developers and get more lift but you have to watch it and lift to a certain level and decide on your toner.

What made you choose 40vol, could you get similar results with 30vol or would it not be as vibrant as you wanted ? I would think 20-30vol near the roots and 40 at the ends? What’s your thought process ? Love the results btw!!
Yes you can use 30vol or 20vol. 40 vol looks less warm. You can shift from 30vol to 40vol. For this look I wanted to make sure she pops with as much contrast as possible.

You can use shadow ash 9- 10 permanent . If they have Lighten needs then you should use the magnum8 lightener with lift me up pearl and then feather out the ends. And then glaze with reflect Demi to glaze

Ariana and Amania are education team members and when we travel for hair shows and tour for classes they are there to support the show and classes. In this video. It’s a full education video therefore I have my team there but if you many of my other videos. I don’t have any assistance
All people who do hair can visualize what a color or hair cut will look like I can’t I wish I could because then my hair girl wouldn’t keep saying you can’t do that because…….there are a lot of because’s that she has but if she just did it and not told me no and why I would either have a ugly color or haircut thankfully she doesn’t just do it. 👍🏻 I love the way he color’s and cut’s hair sometime’s I want the color or cut but not every person can have what they see unfortunately 🙁

Can that collagen powder be used in conditioner?
It’s for color such as Semi Demi or permanent or bleach lightener.
As I got older, I discovered I can do a shampoo cut blow dry with a few coins, get the client in and out in under an hour and a half. More turnover, more money and happy clients. I don’t know any older hair stylists who are not in pain.

Hey Guy, what would you do if you were going to do a reverse whole head bleach with an inch of 80% grey root and the client is very washed out and pale? She wants to look caramel blonde with still some lighter and maybe a lowlight? Any suggestions?
That’s a whole 2 days work 😅 lowlights definitely but it depends what they want

I feel.you're being a little harsh with Guy.
In an ideal world I would root cover first, develop then dry.
Then prestain, develop and dry.
Then add my dimension with the foils.
Plus olaplex or other bond developer.
So yeah, I'd like at least a day.
Bur as the world isn't looking at my work and I'm not charging world class prices I can do it in an afternoon.
There's nothing wrong with working for money; if we did it for free it would he slave labour rather than work.
I hope you're client looks great once you're done: and you don't break your back doing all the work!!

This is exactly what I want but on auburn hair!! Anyone know what color I should use to achieve this on auburn hair? I want subtle natural looking highlights for dimension, that aren’t super blonde. Think sunkissed. 😊 I’m always so nervous to get pink, orange or blonde highlights. Help!
