Total throwback to like middle school. Definitely one of my all-time favorite Mars Volta songs.
The Mars Volta - "Inertiatic ESP" from the 2003 release "De-Loused In The Comatorium" is the copyrighted property of its owner(s).
IMO, Jon Theodore is much more structured, but in a way that could still keep up with the rest of the music. He somewhat contained The Mars Volta's explosive creative drive in a more logical frame which added more "thought" to the music. But it's all really dependent on what you find valuable in a drummer.
now that's a snare.
This song sounds and looks like fun to play on drums
Is this the best cover of this song? I think it is
I would love if your drum sounds were a little louder and the track was a little lower. As it is I can only really hear the studio drum track. Either way looks to be a good cover.
so sick man, but still give some respect to pridgen i agree its noit the most tasteful, but its just different style really
Interesting to see the 4/4 accent on the high hat with the 16th notes and the accents in the bridge. Good job 👍
Clipside of the pinkeye flight...
fuckin' sweeeeeet
how can the drums sound so good without mics
The best Inertiatic Esp Drum cover EVER!!... Finally I Could die in peace... Thank you :'D
eargasm
LOVE your cymbal choices and snare. AWESOME job.
i think this is my new favorite channel on youtube... this guy's music taste is freakishly close to mine and its great inspiration for my own drumming. THANK YOU FOR THE BEST CONTENT
great job dude this is definitely one of my favorite openings to such a great album
God I love that outro. The snare rolls and whatnot. So fucking awesome.
That was awesome! I always lived this song since my teens and now I feel myself with courage enough to try to learn it thanks to you! I just subbed, coming from a small channel from Menorca, Spain.
This is great, added to my favourites.
awesome work, great cover, you absolutely nailed it.
Literally perfect
