View image file in cell itself instead of url, which is uploaded through google form

But the images are not shown as jpg but URL when downloaded as excel. How do I configure that?

I have tried but failed, I made the form directly in my drive (without making any folder with sharing option you showed), is that the reason for not working the formula in my case? is there any formula for FORMS made directly in "my drive" without a limited sharing option? It would be so kind of you if anyone could help, thanks in advance.

File extract is enough or creating report is must to view photo in a cell

why do you need extract data when you can directly do VLookup from REPORT and FORM RESPONSE
Definitely useful information. I use google forms for field surveys and I use pics as well as words to show the techs what I am looking for in their answers. It would be nice if they could replace the stock image on the question with a photo so that when I print each survey to PDF it shows their photo on the pdf. Take care
