Another great video! Not sure if I would buy another condo. My condo fee would be killing my cash flow if it wasn't already paid off. Does $320 sound ridiculous for a condo fee or is it just me?
It really depends on the amenities, location (class a or class b), and some condo fees cover utilities and service. But they can vary a good bit. I don't think $320 is out of the norm at all.

To be honest, 320 aint bad. 90% of condo and townhouse area i see are 400+.
