Hey Marcus thanks for taking the time and giving the energy to share a day in your life. I really enjoyed it and some words that come to mind are astonished, inspired and grateful to see your example. Some aspects about your life that I’ve seen in recent months I really like and would want to adopt into my own life at some point. I hope to have a sauna one day, be as attentive of a father, and be focused as you seem to be with the overall responsibilities of your daily life. And on the LMNT note, I just started drinking some this month. Raspberry is also my favorite and I’ve got chocolate salt in my next order -thanks for the tip to heat up the water for it. All the best
Really nice family Marcus. Thanks for idea to build a sauna, really miss my sauna time at the gym so already building some blueprints. We have similar routine. Wake up stretch and cold shower every morning than grab my daughter around 6:45am. Going to add sauna in there soon too. I know you know your stuff but from my own research and experience, I was thrown off by the coffee in the morning specially since you cold dip you shouldn't need the coffee. What I researched is that its best to just drink water and let your body wake up naturally. It is better to use your body's natural energy and let it build up its own fuel rather than drinking coffee and using that as source of fuel in morning rather than your own cells. Depending on when you wake up the best time to drink coffee is around 11am to 2pm from what I read. I really look forward to it and appreciate it more than as a little mid day booster. Didn't check yet but I will scroll through your videos to see if you have morning stretch routine. Always looking to add some tools in my tool shed from the pros. But try it out just cold shower or dip is all u need in morning and that coffee will be much sweeter in afternoon when your body is naturally running low. Coming up on 47 this year and looking for more aesthetics while still getting my fill of crossfit. Look forward to hearing back from you! Stacey
Hey Stacey. I don’t follow a keto diet. I’m relatively low carb but I will actually have between 150-200 grams of carbs daily and that won’t get me anywhere close to KETOSIS. I don’t need the high carbs I used to eat as a competitive athlete. That’s the reason for the shift towards higher fat.
