  • During Season 7, we examined the full process of going from fleece to fabric. In today's episode I show and demonstrate using fiber from Quartz, a Jacobs fleece from Meridian Jacobs in California in my final project, a clasp warp scarf on my Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom. Stay tuned for the final episode that ties Season 7 together.

I was just thinking there’s no way I could drink and warp that loom 😂😂😂

I do not do Instagram. Could you please explain when you were pulling the threads through the heddle, if you pulled the second set of strands through the whole or the slot? It was too far away for me to tell

This is a great question! Thank you for asking it. A clasped warp is unique because you essentially are pulling 2 strands through each slot and hole, this is why you want to use a larger heddle. I will be posting more videos on this technique because I love the finished weaving!
