THIS IS AWESOME. The only issue is that the background is moving the wrong way.
Edit: also the tires don’t move.
Second edit: Darnel starts firing bullets after getting the gun. You can hear the different gun sounds to know who is who.

the background is moving correctly, it's the characters and Limo who is moving in the wrong direction (player is usually on the right side of the screen but in here it's on the left)
1:43 I would of added the silowettes effect here and then when it switches darnell's sprite it is like a reveal that he is not affected. Other than that the chart is soooo good
A playable version of Renegade let's gooooo!!!!! Despite some of the bugs in this video, this is super well made, these sprites are incredible
i’d suggest you keep pico running but look pissed with spirit unleashed making him fly makes the scene a lil less crazy (make it so pico is running like sonic but with one arm out trying to get the car)
with a firey-pinkish like aura around pico

I thought it was gonna be like a placeholder sprites kinda deal with a chart of the song, but it was a recreation of the level instead:D

You already are working on(if it wasn't fixed already) things like the background going the wrong way so not gonna go into detail on those.
Definitely gonna play this if/when it becomes playable!
this is amazing! The sprites look really good and the chart is also great, the only issue I found is the background moving into the wrong direction but thats basically all I have to say, great job!

if you ever update the sprites ne change you should make is having darnell hold the gun in his sprites so his expression change makes sense
