i haven't watched any airships content are the enemies supposed to bounce around like that if not then i love how the "diplomacy" is like someone coming out of nowhere and shooting you with a minigun that fire ping pong balls making them duck and weave going "what the hell?!?!?!"
Yeah, enemies bob and weave to evade fire. Projectiles have limited speed, so especially at a distance, ordering your ships to dip and duck actually has merit.

A cool thing i would like to see you do would be make some "unique" special expensive ships to the nation like a narcissistic leader in time to time on your campaign to show off and add some personal challenge during the run to evade from simple spam to time to time lol

Shell armor is really powerful. It's useful to get ships that easily out height dangerous threats such as MechaSquids, and engage things like the Moon Disk easier. It also makes ships that normally are too heavy fly at a decent height.
HOLY HELLSTORM ROCKET BATTERY! Glad to see the long awaited video on Airships since the update came out. It certainly adds to the game since your not in a constant state of TOTAL WAR. You can finally sit back, relax and PLOT WORLD DOMINATION! or be Diplomatic and gather allies, trade, research deals. One nice addition was the "local defense budget" so building defenses is at least "free" ish beyond the initial cost as long as its not over the limits of the city. Plus LOOK AT ALL THE NEW WEAPONS! Truely you can never have enough DAKKA. Also "wasp killer marines" HELLO STEAMPUNK SPACE MARINES!

The diplomacy update is so great lol, eventually if you get powerful enough you can just threaten every nation with war if they don’t give you territory, so you can just bully them into giving you all their land
Yoo I'm excited for this, I missed when you played this game. If you ever do another run, there's some pretty high quality mods, one lets you use werewolves as boarding troops
Yeah that Supply mechanic definitely slows things down. Their is a "cargo bay" to increase the a ship supply cap (without using a supplyship) but then your limited by your Supply regen, which you can increase via technology and buildings. You can gain Rep from killing Monsters, and taking stuff from people with LOW reputation it seems. You loss it by declaring war, unless you have "grievances" with a another factions or by threatening people.
