It honestly really depends on what you open. If you can spare a pop its really good but leaves you with less cards on hand/less fuel for follow up turns

i personally like apollousa over accesscode, as its another variant of that last combo, going into a 2 material apolousa during it to protect from nibirus instead of ending on an active crescendo but thats just a personal preference on having another line of play if you do suspect or know the opponent is running the rocky boy
if you are looking for space in you extra I would recommend cutting the borrelsword as he isn't needed as much any more as we have Accesscode Talker that in most situations is better. and if you want an idea from me I might cut union carrier as well to put in anaconda and winda then swop the dragon buster with instant fusion so you can just lock them out with winda witch is better then buster and extra bonus instant isn't as much of a brick compared to the buster thanks if you bothered read all this :)
You can replace needle fiber with play gadget and add gold or silver gadget as extenders in the scrap combo + you can use girsu and the tokken to make him and summon scrap recyler from hand if you drew both and girsu got ashed on the send
At 16:00 summon number 5 is actually the galatea since summoning the tokens from girsu is two summons towards nibiru, so you can get stopped before getting babel and ding

I was going to ask a similar question. Also gives you access to running secrets or whispers to shut off opponents monster effects and spell effects. Also allows you to get back your banished orcust cards to you hand for future set up.

Nice profile , I have won a national with this deck last year when it had the pk combo for now I finalized my build with latest update and I think if you’re not playing some danger cards you’re have reliant on your normal summon since it requires CBTG to be protected or having another extender like opening grepher and scrap or anything = that hand but I’ll give your build a try + a quick note this deck loses vs Nibiru and I had to play her and cut the Union carrier engine not that the engine is bad but Apollousa will give me more options during the opponents turn by having multiple orcust cards in the Gy, and also try to include Parallel eXceed it’s amazingly good opens up a lot of plays for you either rank-4 or more extenders
I would suggest the dark and earth tenyi as extenders over the dark warriors and the called by the grave they just allow the deck to open combo so much easier. And for ones you can cut for the extra Halq he really is the worst of the starting boards and tenyi would rather have a normal in the extra deck.
For the Scrap combo, wouldn't it be better to end on I:P + Lib with Ding in GY? That way you can non-targetting remove 2 cards and make a Zeroboros or even Apollousa on your opponent's turn. I feel like this format locking your opponent out of their extra deck isn't that amazing, as the top contenders are Dino, Striker, Eldlich (who can remove the lock easily) and Adamancipator (which is probably the only deck it really affects). It also lets you cut a garnet and opens one more room in the extra deck. I made a list myself which minimizes the bad cards to draw, and I think it accomplishes the win condition easily enough. imgur.com/vE7eMPp

But yeah when you’re able to pull off that scrap wire and combo first turn by just destroying a speller trap instead of an opponents monster that way you’re able to facilitate the whole combo and still in Don would like an Appaloosa an ip a Lib and union carrier with the buster blade lock

Ok hot take here, but why not run Ib the world chalice justiciar? The token that girsu makes can count as the tuner due to ib effect and also searches world legacy succession and if you ran one could summon a world chalice monster

Keep in mind folks. Not as powerful as in the OCG, as they still have Harp, even if just at one.
Harp and Girsu together are not ok tho. I play orcust as a main deck as well and its another literal +1 for free off of 1 normal summon..

As a long time orcust player I genuinely can't imagine Harp and Girsu playable at the same time, even if just at one.

The people regulating the ocg banlists seem even twice as greedy/incompetent compared to their tcg equivalents.

Does it not destroy the winda in the End Phase after the summon with the Effect of Instant Fusion?

You can not, anima cannot use tokens, so the loss of utility there isn't made up by anima's effect
