The "fix" for the teleport to the wrong ADU hasn't worked. Still get ported to the old ADU instead of the new one like the other 2 do.
From what i've been experiencing, they fixed it for the 1st person that goes through the portal, but the other teammates stil get to the wrong spot.
They sure were able to fix Hunters dodging and throwing the healing ball at the ADU to spawn another one.

There is no free deepsight harmonizes. Only guaranteed deepsight weapon drops. Those are 2 separate things

A small psa, Saint is currently selling an envious assasin/bns cataphrac if you reseted your trials rank once, yes, it is a grind to reset your rank (specially if you can't handle trials), but you won't need to focus engrams to get it, meaning you can use them however you like and still get the gl just by playing a lot.
it's better than edge transit? technically no, but it is strand so you can put strand mods to pair it with another strand weapon.
My friends and I just started playing again this week. I was a bit on edge about some deepsight weapons I need but the update has alleviated some of the pressure.
I know Cross won’t see this but: Do you mind changing the title? It’s not harmonizers, it’s deepsight weapons. Very different. I got all excited for nothing :(

PANTHEON PSA COZ I WAS DUMB!! If you pull an Adept from triumphs that can be enhanced, make sure you PICK YOUR MASTERWORK BEFORE ENHANCING. I got a beautiful Moving Target/Target Lock Rufus’ and enhanced that bad boy so fast. But I didn’t choose my mw and now I don’t get ANY stat bonuses

I hope it doesn't bug this month. I tried getting beyond light or witch Queen ,can't remember, in another month they were and I still had to pay for them. I could get everything else except the dlc

I nearly pulled out the card for that Thorn ornament, but managed restraint. SO happy it's in the bright dust store this week, 100% picking that up.

Tbf, bungie let you focus a deepsight weapon daily last year in the month before Lightfall, tho that economy was so bad bc of the costs of focusing. This is much better
it's like they're trying to bring back everyone that left a year ago.....

The free weapons on those activities looks like the teams at bungle are learning; seeing what activities player prefers
Unfortunately, once the free trials for the expansions run out, the subclasses will not be available to use.
But the weapons will still be available and there are some really good ones there. Unavailable strand sucks though

@1211BWILL It’s something I have personal experience with. I played all of Destiny 2 on Xbox up until lightfall. I transferred to pc for that expansion and was unable to access stasis even though I had it unlocked and the campaign beaten on all my characters. Exotics and corresponding seasonal weapons were still accessible, but the raids, campaigns, strikes, unfinished quests and new powers were only accessible on my previous console. I assume this promotion is going to play out the same.

@1211BWILL As stated in the Beyond light reveal stream, the cross generational gap wasn't supposed to affect players. They even stated that there would be no need to re purchase the dlc/expansions.

Sparrows are faster than skimmers. You can spam boost on sparrows for more speed, but they removed that feature for skimmers
You also did not have to grind a shiitty event to get one.

I like the look of the season 22 weapons but i didnt have much time to play at the time so im glad i have a chance to get some of those weapons crafted, Kept Confidence has been a favorite of mine for a while.
I just started using thorn in a strand warlock build so to see this ornament in the store was a very pleasant surprise

i got that thorn ornament just a couple of hours ago....love it!
since 26 days are left until the season ends means you can get 5 total weapons per each seasonal vendor by getting the patterns each day. I'm getting Byra's Love, Targeted redaction and Lethophobia (from this season). Take advantage of these free patterns as well as doing the Riven's Wishes which can give you 5 patterns the Last Wish raid weapons (get maybe Apex Predator)
There's no Deepsight "Harmonizers" available, just deepsight seasonal weapons.

Mr. Cross I had this problem last week in competitive where I would enter matchmaking with a full fireteam but always one of the member would be on the other team I wonder if it had to be something with the game.

@@tactician3023 the point is to "try before you buy" or rather to get you hooked on it so you'll want to pay for the expansion. Not saying that's necessarily a good thing, but that's why they do it.
Lightfall being on PSN was an absolute lifesaver. I was waiting for it to go on sale since I had taken a two year hiatus (stopped after Witch Queen with the new baby I had and all). I am LOVING this.
I've the solo or casual with just a couple people so long that I've never done any raids completely. Looks like i need to find my D2 Obi Wan to guide me through as many as i can between now and final shape

Rivne’s lair isn’t a ritual activity. It’s a seasonal activity. Play crucible, vanguard strikes or gambit.
There is no smg in Riven's Lair. It's from Starcrossed.

No this is the perfect time to push final shape sales.
If you still need to craft the swords, don't rely on the daily catch up mechanic to help you avoid getting only shotguns when you turn in engrams
You were able to get Beyond light through lightfall and the 30th anniversary for about $11 if you got the recent Play Station discounts and free expansions
1:50 fun fact about the masterworking with the wrong nasterwork: if you upgrade it fully with an option that normally does nothing, it will give you +3 to range, stability, handling, and reload speed all at once
all adept weapons have these characteristics, fully mw them and you get bonus stats
Keep in mind, this is still strictly worse than just choosing whichever masterwork you want as you'll get +10 to one stat then +3 to everything else.

How would that work for class exclusive swords? Will we get a missing red borders or still end between sword and shotgun
Hey Cross, for someone who hasnt play much since before crafting was added to the game, and so with very few patterns / progress on patterns, are there any specific red border to look in those daily activity rewards, like maybe an activity that reward a red border for a season more impactful than the others? Trying to play again lately but limited on time, so I'd like to get the most of these catch up mechanics. Thank!

Well, if you don't have the seasonal content is basically impossible and everything before season 23 must be paid full through the annual pass of Lightfall, so you still have to throw 100€ at their wallets unless you get a nice offer from somewhere.

I mean the point is for people to give it a try not to just give out a free expansion lol. That's how they try to get people to just straight up purchase it, do I agree with that probably not, but that's what they are doing.
Although, not my favorite Thorn Ornament, but that one literally makes the gun so much better in aiming for me. I could not land crits, even in PVE, with Thorn, until this Ornament was released. Still bulky, but manageable-bulk lol..

Happy for ya'll PvP'ers. I personally hate PvP in Destiny, but I've been a PvP main in other games where the PvP gets neglected for years on end, so I know how it feels. Glad you're finally getting something.

It shouldn’t be in ANY pvp mode those changes suck & are over complicated, why can’t they just give us 2 shots per life & leave it alone
Enemies are also still spawning on top or behind the adu instead of where the waves are coming from

Onslaught is bugged. Got to wave 20 after we killed the tormentor. Boss round didn't spawn. Room was empty with no adds or bosses

As a relatively new player, what should i focus on?
For reference, i just completed my first dungeon the other day, warlords ruin, and i have a fair amount of the "Easy Exotics" by just playing the game, but i dont know what weapons and stuff i should really be going for.
My favorite exotic is the quicksilver storm, and my favorite heavy are swords

The problem is with season of defiance. Unless you pay, there is no way to access the seasonal activity.
Or I am mistaken and there is a way to play the activity.

Wasn't the whole point of the special ammo changes to limit the winning team from having a snowballing amount of special ammo? Kinda seems like a step back from the ammo meter.
They didn't mention it in the patch notes, but the objective after all the changes, is that you only spawn with 1 kill worth of ammo on your special, you only get 1 kill worth of ammo from bricks (which you only get from primary kills now), and you lose all extra ammo upon death.
I had an issue in Comp yesterday where the LFG I was playing with was assigned to the enemy team. We could still talk in game chat and everything! Anyone else experience this??

Anyone know how the class swords are supposed to be acquired under this catch up mechanic? I ran a questline Defiant Battleground as well as a playlist Battleground and didn't get shit. Has anyone also experience frequent game crashing since the patch?
Do you get to keep the expansions after you get them through that free period? or are they only unlocked through that certain date and then your access to them is taken?
When the time runs out the expansions will be inaccessible but any loot earned will stay on your account. This is just based on the last time bungie did a free limited time access thing tho

How crazy would it be if there was a “nightmare” map where you could flip dimensions you were in by some kind of mechanic. Shadebinders just disappear and poof, into the nightmare realm they go. Identical map but different “realities”.
Does the open access include dungeons and raids?
It'd be fun to get some of my friends to play those if yes.
