Only buy it from Amazon if you expect to get a refund and return authorization for defective items sent to you. I am still trying to reach someone from CampMaid and don't get return calls or emails.
I’ve got this setup and it works great. Those little orange handles slide out 3 or 4 inches and it makes a big difference on leverage and they stay a little cooler. Just slide them back in for storage.
Great video! A quick food safety tip: when using a sauce from a jar, instead of dipping from the jar, pour into a small cup or container, so your jar is not subject to cross-contamination.
Man!! Thanks for the shout out!!Our #WorldFamous #YouKnowYouWantItBBQSauce That's a cool Dutch oven grill portable set up!! I know it's hard to stop eating wings once you start! I'm glad you liked our BBQ sauce. Enjoy! Cheers!! Thanks again brother!
@@KaylynnStrain Don't buy from this company. They have no customer service to speak of. Their product is very poorly manufactured. (the Cast Iron dutch oven has very uneven surfaces, a quarter sized large! The lid holder, charcoal holder and grill top aren't level with each other. Found one of the arms welded higher than another.) I spent over $200+, ... haven't even been able to use the product yet. You can't return defective products with an RA# from them. But their phone number is just an answering service and emails get answered late and without adequate help or responsibility. And if you try to get resolve via their FB page, they will remove you. They don't allow negative comments about their products or their lack of customer service help.
Yea wings are like chips. What a great system. I’m going to look into it. Cooking videos for sure any cast iron in 12 inch fry pan and more Dutch oven. Thanks. Tony
Great video Ben, I've had this product for almost 2 years now and it's a GREAT product. I joined the kickstarter for their charcoal chimney as well and it's great because it packs down so small compared to a weber charcoal chimney starter (I made a video on the charcoal chimney versus the weber and the burn time for the campmaid was about 16 minutes for 40 briquettes) Couple of things: on the charcoal tray, those red tabs pull out a few inches so that the red handles are not directly next to the tray. The whole kit will fit in a 8qt 12 inch dutch oven, but not the 6qt dutch oven. Also with the charcoal tray, if you're using it without the chimney starter, self lighting charcoals are best. Nice video

I've been watching your videos from time to time over the last 2 years and I have to say you are still pumping out good quality content. I'd like to see you do a review on the coals alone and see what a run time on those would be compared to normal charcoal. Very interesting. Thanks for doing what you do.
Oven mitts or leather gloves would help. And like I mentioned. The clamps on the coal holder slide out away from the heat, so they won't melt or be so closely the fire :)
The" rubber things" clamp is extendable for the charcoal pan . At least mine are, I still wear a glove tho. When making wings put some baking powder on them to give the skin a good crunch in the oven or grill.
Nice review and what appears to be a very awesome product. The only thing I see that might be a issue is that the springs being subjected to hi heat will become annealed and not function over time.I just placed a order for the 8 pc. Kit
Living Survival I I meant more specifically the spring in the charcoal tray clamping device that definitely got too hot you couldn't hold it I think the spring in that overtime will fail. not necessarily the spring holding the lid. still an awesome freaking product like I said in my previous comment I ordered one so we'll see how it goes thanks
it looks like the clamp is a hardware store squeeze camp... maybe easily replaceable for just such reason... I dont own one but looks that way on video

Cool idea but I wonder how it would hold up after multiple uses from the heat and eventually rust. That chimney I would think would end up warping after a couple of uses from heat and then not be able to fold up.
Have you heard if the matador pocket blanket? It's a great blanket, lightweight, waterproof, rip proof, and it comes with its own stakes, great for backpacking, love to see what you think of it, it's an edc for me, I know this is kinda random to ask because this is a grill video, but I had to find a recent vid to ask you, thx love your vids, keep it up Ben!
Nice video! one suggestion, you should never go raw chicken to eatable food. Dipping the brush back and forth from the chicken to the sauce can make you sick.
This looks very gimmicky to me. I just don't see the purpose of owning one of these if I already own a dutch oven, a fish fry kit, a bbq grill (both gas and charcoal). Maybe for car camping? But even then I have portable everything to grill and cook for half the price. Looks cool I guess because of its compactness and multipurpose functions, I just don't see me buying one. Just my opinion. I'm sure there is a market out there for it.

The handles slide out on the charcoal holder bud! Pull it out
The red handles extend out so you don't get burned
obviously dude didn't read the instructions lol I would've done the same thing lol

Dan Wilder the more you know... thanks!
Can’t believe he didn’t know!! I’m sure it’s his first time, but it’s a good product
Great video!

Great set, and we love ours! The lid lifter also has a small hook on one of the arms for lifting the DO by the bail handle. Good demo.
Yea wings are like chips. What a great system. I’m going to look into it. Cooking videos for sure any cast iron in 12 inch fry pan and more Dutch oven. Thanks. Tony
When you can actually HEAR the crunch, you know it's perfect. Thank you for the heads up. Bless you n your family
thanks!

Andrew Conrad thanks for the tip on the red handles. Awesome!
The clamp handles pull out for extended handles for coals..try it ♡
Man that is a high level of ingenuity. Love it!
Thank you for sharing. That's one very versatile cookset. They have thought of quite a few cooking methods. Look forward to next video.
That is a nice cook set! Looks easy to use! It is hard to stop once you started eating some wings! Thanks for sharing Ben!
You know it’s good if you’re too busy eating to say’”Slamin’!” Looks like an awesome set! Thanks Ben!

That's a cool setup and with all that versatility...slammin.
Great set up! Love the aviation background noise. Hear a helicopter..yea! Love the review ! 👍👍
You can find these at your local Boy Scout Council Shop. These are getting a lot of use by scout troops.

Jeremy N thank you. I'll maybe do that.
Oven mitts or leather gloves would help. And like I mentioned. The clamps on the coal holder slide out away from the heat, so they won't melt or be so closely the fire :)
yep, i finally figured that out
The" rubber things" clamp is extendable for the charcoal pan . At least mine are, I still wear a glove tho. When making wings put some baking powder on them to give the skin a good crunch in the oven or grill.
One awesome multi use product. Rock solid review and demo. The wings looked good . SLAMMIN
Awesome piece of gear! First time I've ever seen this. I'll be asking Santa for this for Christmas.
def a great present.
I haven’t seen you in a while. This is just coming to my attention. You were 5 years ahead of time.
Nice set. Thank you for showing it to us, Ben
Awesome product, great piece of engineering! And those wings look amaaazing!
Great review mate. Tip! pull those red handles out, they extend. It makes it much easier to squeeze 👍🏼
I’ve since learned that thanks.
What does your wing seasoning consist of? Great video, made me hungry. That is a versatile system.
just whatever I have laying around. i think today it was some slap yo mama white pepper.
Ben. You have all the cool stuff !
Omg cooking your red handles!!! They slide out 😮
Omg, work it before you make a fool of the product 😮
Love that set up alot, been wanting to get the stand and charcoal pan.
Awesome products.Just bought 4 products and used your discount. Thanks
The handles on the charcoal holder on mine pull out so they are longer.
Nice review and what appears to be a very awesome product. The only thing I see that might be a issue is that the springs being subjected to hi heat will become annealed and not function over time.I just placed a order for the 8 pc. Kit
Jared Price the handle and spring doesn't get all that hot.
Ahh, ok...gotcha.
it looks like the clamp is a hardware store squeeze camp... maybe easily replaceable for just such reason... I dont own one but looks that way on video
Four Finger Survival yep you might be right
I like that a lot better than the solar cooker!!!
The arms of the charcoal dish extend to prevent you from burning your hands
That's a good cooking system, well thought out and looks to be well made, now I want chicken wings too!

David Mayle I know a few people that have used it for many years.
We've had 4 sets for over two years. Taken on horseback to fish, hunt, shed search, etc. Heavy use and no problems. Solid tools.

Ballin Lobster I'll check it out
I guess you didn't know the spring hinge handles on the coal tray pull out so they won't get so hot.
Kewl stove.. it does it all..
This thing is Genius! Thanks for the Great review of it!
Really nice!
The red rubber pieces pull out so you can use them better
Great cooking grill, love it
thanks Lloyd.
Nice review, nice product
You neglected to pull out the red coated handles on the charcoal tray, that will keep them cooler and stop them melting.
yep, figured that out afterwards.
HaHa! My mate did the same, he was whingeing about how hot the handles got and how one melted a bit, didn't we give him a hard time about it? :)
That thing is genius!
great review
Nice, thanks for sharing.
wish the charcoal holder handle was longer.
Ofan Zuhaer they slide out. I missed that part.
This is cool!
Great review and video!
This is way cool.
Nice video! one suggestion, you should never go raw chicken to eatable food. Dipping the brush back and forth from the chicken to the sauce can make you sick.
nah...30+ years of doing it that way and never got sick. but then again if I drop it on the ground and it gets all dirty I eat it anyway.
Always great job good system it rocks
The handles pull out longer
I realize that now. 🤣
The red handles on the charcoal holder pull out and dont get nearly as hot , Blonde moment LOL
Yep. Realize that now lol. Have a great holiday.
You sound like Brian Posehn.
the handles slide in and out!

I can see this being very handy in van living situations. Lots of options with very compact footprint
Slammin!
I know about bug - IN...
