I just signed Zlatan's regen. He has 4-star skill moves and 5-star weak foot and came to me at 72 rated and as an exciting prospect. I'm giving him 2 drills a week and he's achieving great overall growth.

Before career mode I make sure to boost their ratings so their regens are decent. Doesn’t stop em from having 1 star weak foot and low attacking work rate tho
Hi i got 2 players from youth academy they both has potential to be special and i found them very rare because both of them have a traits 1 is a playmaker and the second one is second wind, as far as i know most of fake players don't have some traits
Other than Zlatan they were pretty underwhelming regens regarding their potential, but maybe it would not matter as with dynamic potential you should be able to take a player with 85 pot to 88/90 something pot if you use him properly

Iniesta would probably be amazing, but i dont mean that the real players were not good, Rodriguez, Villa, Iniesta, Buffon, Zlatan etc all legends but more that their regens were not so spectacular as being the regens of players that had 88/89/90 or so ratings they only had an 85 potential (other than Zlatan) but with dynamic potential that might not matter as with some good seasons they might end up being "exiting prospects" or even having "potential to be special"
Is it possible to make a player not retire? Because I manage to offer Ibrahimovic a new 2 year contract one time in Fifa 20 but now in my new career it doesnt work

Zlatan's Regen in my career mode has 5 star weak foot and 5 star skill moves with godly 92+ pace and he is only 70 ovr

Back in the day if a retiring player scored lots of goals in his last season he would decide to play 1 jear longer. Unfortunatly FIFA got rid of it😒
