Dentist, tattoo artist, muralist and the only Romanian member of the European Society of Tattoo and Pigment Research, Dishy shares with us how being the black sheep can be a success story as well, as long as you chose to continue to be yourself and not let the opinion and pressure of society change you. Dr. Ledan "Dishy" is a dentist, medical research specialist and tattoo artist with a wide range of interests in art styles. She owns both a tattoo parlour and a dental practice and on the side works as a muralist, art through which she gives a breath of fresh air to the buildings of our hometown. She is the only Romanian member of the European Society of Tattoo and Pigment Research, a prestigious association of doctors who research body tattoo pathologies. This is the main focus of his scientific activities. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
