Weird trivia but Woody Harrelson's dad was a hitman that spent the vast majority of his life in prison. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Harrelson He assassinated a federal judge.
I was literally holding my face with both hands - Home Alone style. I could feel the incredulous humor/surprise on my face, but I couldn't relax my muscles until it was over. Then I watched it again without the stress of not knowing what was gonna happen.
I loved that -- amazing how concisely they communicated the idea that they were long suffering parents of a teenager with just a few words. This skit has LAYERS.
I love how the stakeout vehicle is an immaculate 1978 Oldsmobile Regency, like it would just blend in and not look suspicious. Hanging with Woody is like being in a true time machine.
Ben's face and the "wut" at 1:31 made my soul briefly leave my body Edit: Watching it a second time the "it's 2015 it's not insane to be gay" and again Ben's face, I'm literally coughing from laughing too hard
@Charlotte Stockham I agree with that.. but an over concentration would make them fade out too fast... but on the other hand, I'd rather watch them for an hour than SNL and the lame musical "artists" the host picks
I was not expecting the whole secret relationship and family twist, this was hilarious 😂 also Woody just casually pulling out the g*n and saying “… time to kill them?”
Looked for their sketch after every show hoping I had just missed it - ecstatic to see them this week & BEN ... if you're out there... YOU ARE IRREPLACEABLE!!!!! Scene stealer EVERY TIME (except maybe when that kid was on as the new friend...he absolutely killed it :)
A positive spin on this: Isn't it actually a great compliment to Ben that they're spending time with him at all when they're busy with a family of FOUR kids? lol
Ben, you may look like Big Bird if he lost all his feathers, but you're still irreplaceable ❤ this is so damn funny 😂 Woody in that wig almost took me out
loving how just the Please Don't Destroy intro popping up now instantly brings out cheers
Nah, they are unfunny.
@Bat_Boy They're not funny to you, it's just an opinion.
@@Bat_Boy They are the best part of SNL right now. Did you see all the crap Pedro Pascal had to act through?

Best sketch of 2015.
Pffft
“IT’S NOT 2015!” 😂🤣
😂😂
I’m guessing they wrote this in 2015 and kept it in for hilarity’s sake.
😂😂
I like the idea that the only requirement to replace Ben is to be a ginger.
@Thadeus Chud my ginga
Real talk we need to have the overdue discussion about the Anti-gender movement in Hollywood. Shit is silly.
@@St3phenking13 I have absolutely no idea what that means.
I like the idea that the only requirement for getting your sketch group on SNL is your dad being a producer.
Because they all look alike?
Obsessed with the idea of these two guys in their mid-20s having a teenage son lol
He's adopted.
They started reeeeally early!
Or -- hear me out -- they're in their 30s

I love that they never mention all the out of place stuff in these sketches, like why they’re eating dinner at what has to be 2 in the morning
Omg I just realized that 😂
bc they went to NYU
Clock on the appliance displays 7:31 when everyone sits down.
Or because they work/write for SNL and they have to work late hours.
@@dygitalsol7312 Tell me you don't have kids without telling me. They sat down for family dinner not after work food 😂
Love how Woody's character went from being ready to kill them to being all excited about them having a baby "Aw they have a baby too" 🤣🤣
Woody is so chaotic. Absolutely perfect.
That was one of my favorite parts.

Can’t believe Martin is cheating on Lizzo omg
She got a man on the Minnesota Vikings, so I think she'll be fine.
I was about to comment the same thing. How does he get so far with the charm and sex appeal of a scarecrow?

Bens timing and way he says "its not 2015 man" is freaking gold, these guys are one of the best additions to SNL ever
The way Keenan hugs and jumps around in a circle that little girl is EXACTLY what I expect an Uncle Keenan to do! 😆
'long as he's not being mad at you for not telling him that Auto Trader will deliver his used car...
I do like Keenan.. Always like him since I was a kid and Keenan and Kel was on.
😆😆😆😆
That girl looked so happy. Anybody would be lucky to have an Uncle Keenan.
The "IT'S NOT 2015!" part had me rolling!
Anytime I watch a please don’t destroy video I truly can’t tell what’s gonna happen 😂 They get more unpredictable every single time 👏🏼👏🏼

Comedy for people that have no idea what humor is
It's a bit like Lonely Island videos, where everything is kind of surreal. Like someone wrote out what they dreamed the night before.
I laughed at the dad vibe woody had when he said “is everything ok with you and your little friends” 😂
😂😂😂😂
I think it's a play on the fact woodys dad was a contract killer. Hence why he says let's Kill then in the next scene
@@grm6740 😳 thats insane! I never knew that! glad he grew up a good normal guy.
Woody’s delivery of the word stakeout was everything. This sketch is their only recurring sketch and it never fails to amuse

No it isn't.
The Please Don't Destroy team are always hilarious.
The new age lonely island
Woody made this one of the best Do Not Destroys ever.
I love the way he said, “That’s a low blow” and his cheerful smile at the end.
"and you're available Saturdays..." is asked to the actor auditioning. Love this little throwaway line
I love how the stakeout vehicle is an immaculate 1978 Oldsmobile Regency, like it would just blend in and not look suspicious. Hanging with Woody is like being in a true time machine.
It's like it is from one of those 70's cop/detective shows like Hawaii Five-O.

I literally said out loud, "Why is that their car?!?!"
the throwing the phone away to avoid texting back is so stupidly funny. these are always the best sketches

Throwing the phones away took it to another level!
Love how John holds the trash can without taking his eyes off the screen, lol!
I like how the people that are auditioning for Ben even wear his style of clothes. In fact Ben has worn those clothes before.
