You didnt get the good dub then, this played in latinamerican countries dub instead of the "Digimon digital monsters theme". We got a more faithful opening as well
If only Digimon Survive is not emphasized in "survive" but in "shonen", it would rly bring tears to us. But nowaday, Dark theme is more sellable than light theme.

Love the original Japanese, but I still wish there was an English version with the exact same music - same instruments used, same tempo, same lyrical meaning (I get that when translating a song some words need to be added or changed so that it fits the music, but for the most part it should be the same line-by-line, nothing totally new), same beeping/tapping sound at the end - just in English.
