My hubby got me a baking steel for christmas! ❤ I can't wait to start open baking and making more each week, next on my list is a used fridge for cold proofing. Our fridge gets pretty cramped on the night before my bake days 😅 I love watching your content, it's so inspiring! 🥐
I noticed you don't have a sink in that space. How do you manage with all the handwashing and cleaning of surfaces and dishes? Do you take all the dirty bins etc. to the kitchen? I'm moving my micro bakery into a spare room and am desperately trying to get a plumber to hook up a sink because I can't see how operating a bakery without one is possible. How do you do it???
I've sold at farmers markets for over a decade and love seeing the next generation of bakers taking off! Great set up! Tennessee won't show the wooden benches or cooling racks. But oh! I love the look! Congratulations! I'm looking up hot plate and wondering if TN would allow that. I'd love to have customers come to us like it farms CSA. thank you!
I wonder if it would be more efficient To move the oven to the right side And put the refrigerator to the left side, of the work table You would have to rework the refrigerator door so it opens to the left Seems like it would be a more Even Flow to both appliances When loading and unloading Just my two cents
i actually agree! the reason I have it the way i do is because you can see the oven from our front entry way, and i don't want people to see the ugly fridge lol.

I’ve recently started my own little cottage bakery where I sell sourdough and bagels so far. This is very helpful! Miss ya!
