1:51 - I could feel the new guy’s pain attempting forcible entry with the Halligan Tool and not knowing how to do it correctly lol… it’s a skill that you train for, but some guys got the touch and others never seem to get it right. That door placement didn’t help either… not a lot of great places to get good “leverage”… 😅

rather than trying to force the glass door store front door open by prying on it, damaging the door and the frame... why not just smash the glass out 4:00 right from the start.. These guys just destroy everything in sight.. Its maddening if you are the one who has to pick up the pieces of your business and resecure things... no need for that.

They were actually trying to force the door as non-invasively as possible. That’s why they weren’t doing the normal 2 man axe-haligan door job. They would have preferred if the door could be locked again when they left.

It's taught in the academy to try and force the door first over smashing the glass for door control purposes so at least you can avoid feeding air into a fire. Breaking the glass is the second option which is what happened here.
