Definitely the best WW so far by HT. Glad they upsized the sculpt. Too bad we still didn't get rolling eyes. The rooted hair is decent, but it still feels like a pricey kitbash to me (JL armor/accessories, GA sculpt, 84 body). Thanks for the in-depth comparisons! Here it comes..."I'll wait for InArt"

Didn’t think I would be saying this but I’m actually not as sad that I missed out on this one as I was prior. I have the complete JL deluxe accessories to go with my 84 right now and I’m completely fine with that. For me, I like the sculpted hair and the bright color of the armor on the 84. Great review
@@albertchen8378 no, I like the 84 head sculpt more. I’m just using the 84 body but accessorized with the JL sword & shield, harness, gauntlets , cloak just everything that came with the JL version. Wow! Hot Toys Wonder Woman definitely captured the likeness of Gal Gadot! I truly love Wonder Woman since I was a child. I remember watching the Classic Wonder Woman (1975) Series on Television. It was Mind Blowing and Epic back then. I also loved the Original classic Wonder Woman Theme Song! It played sweet music to my ears as a kid. That's one of the greatest memories I'll always treasure! When Justin swears, I take notice. Gal Gadot is a living work of art and this figure is the best representation of her style and beauty. Another honest and detailed review for which I thank you.
For some reason, I prefer 84 head sculpt better. The WB100 kind of give me a feeling that the eye is not right. Might be because of angle tough. Still, the urge to own 84 is immediate after watched Justin review on 84 figure. This one is an easy pass for me. Thank for the great review Justin.

Hey Justin, I was curious do you know where to get the clear translucent stands you can get for posing figures mid air I got a Spider-Man action figure that’s very possible and that’s why I built a pose him. it’s a 6 inch one and I also was curious if it would also work for a SH Swarts Spider-Man if not, which phone what I use? As always, great review Justin. I’m glad that HT is finally utilizing wool, but it still looks really unnatural. It may look better with all the hair behind the shoulders. I still prefer the 84’ sculpted hair. Being pre-styled, you can only do so much with it, unless you’re a professional. However, I agree that the head sculpt is better choice.
Hey Justin, excellent review as always! I have a question to ask, if you don't mind helping me out here. I'm one of those unlucky (or stupid) collectors who broke the ankle peg on my Justice League Wonder Woman figure. I'd love to buy a whole new WW figure, but it's just not in the budget. The likeness it's better but it could be better, I prefer rooted hair with heroines with long hair but I gotta say that out of the box it doesn't look quite good or real the hair style, you still need to work a little with it, so to me it's not perfect in that department, but again the rooted hair it's more real than a sculpted one and finally the improvements in the body really are great... but if I have to upgrade my BVS Wonder Woman I prefer to wait for the Inart version and see which figure looks more like Gal Gadot

Great video review Justin, I particularly loved the comparisons. Do you think anyone will produce versions of this rooted sculpt?? I would love to get one to put on my 1984 Wonder Woman
@@JustinsCollection I just ask because based on your video and your comments it seems like the Golden Armor headsculpt (besides the hair issues) is significantly smaller than this WB100 version …would you still say that is the case?

You got me there with the hair. 😂 It’s 💩! I thought you were serious at first. I have her coming this week. I’ve held out for a WW figure and I think that will have paid off.
That sculpt is definitely one of their best, but I'd have to disagree on the hair. HT cannot seem to get 1/6 rooted curls correctly. It's been an issue since civil war black widow. The "curls" are gigantic in proportion to the rest of the figure. They also end up looking like tubes of hair that float awkwardly off the shoulders. You can see how proper 1/6 hair for WW should look like by looking at any custom rootings. As great as the rest of the figure looks the hair is still such a deal breaker for me at least. Hoping InArt can get it right.
I mean the hair strands are at least the correct scale and I’ve been told endlessly by rooted hair fans that they don’t mind styling so if you wanted to tighten up the curls it may solve that issue for you
I think eyes looking to the side reduces the doll-like staring straight ahead problem some eyes on figures like this have. The side looking eyes thing I like.
Beautiful 😍 figure. Being old feeling alittle bitter that lynda carter gets no love whatsoever 😕. She truly deserves a hottoys figure. ..sigh owell. At least we got adam west.
Great review Justin -Amazing figure I hate to be the harbinger of bad news. But Unless you made a pre-order you’ll have a very LONG wait I emailed. Toys wonderland is currently completely sold out in entirety And have not received any update weather it will be in stock in the future
This is actual yak fur, which styles like human hair. What they had used was synthetic hair - basically this strands of plastic that couldn’t be controlled or styled well.
Synthetic hair is too thick to be accurate to a real strand of hair shrunk down to 1/6 scale. Wool hair when thinned out can mimic real hair at this scale

I’m glad I don’t need it because Sideshow and Hot Toys won’t let me get it! So I don’t have to get it. Do you get it? Because I don’t get it why the scalpers won’t let me get it😂 because they want to get all of it and to resell it which makes it way impossible for me to get it because my wallet won’t allow it.😂 Since you all have it, the rest of us that don’t have it won’t cry about it but it’s certainly nice to have it😢

My thanks to* the love-doll industry for the smooth skin 😄
All good
if you fix the hair properly on the JL version, she looks like Gal. I did, it looks perfect!
Nice
I think eyes looking to the side reduces the doll-like staring straight ahead problem some eyes on figures like this have. The side looking eyes thing I like.
Could be!
Wonder Woman I can't to play you on the PS5 soon.
The Wonder Woman Game
Oh?

yesssss it's like busting a good nut .
Beautiful 😍 figure. Being old feeling alittle bitter that lynda carter gets no love whatsoever 😕. She truly deserves a hottoys figure. ..sigh owell. At least we got adam west.
Yes she does!
I thought the hair was sculpted at first, then I saw the loose strands at the tip, god damn that's impressive
Yeah its so good!
Great review Justin -Amazing figure I hate to be the harbinger of bad news.
But Unless you made a pre-order you’ll have a very LONG wait
I emailed. Toys wonderland is currently completely sold out in entirety
And have not received any update weather it will be in stock in the future
Yeah there is only 1500 worldwide
great! now hot toys, can we please get a 1/6 wizard of oz Dorothy gale figure???
That would be cool!
The strap is actually genuine leather! It says so in the description of the figure. At least it does on Sideshow.
You’re right! It didn’t smell of real leather which is odd!
What's the difference between whool hair and the other rooted hair?
This is actual yak fur, which styles like human hair. What they had used was synthetic hair - basically this strands of plastic that couldn’t be controlled or styled well.
Synthetic hair is too thick to be accurate to a real strand of hair shrunk down to 1/6 scale. Wool hair when thinned out can mimic real hair at this scale
I am LOVING THIS!!!!! I will pay $1000 for this piece! I am not kidding Collectors! Nerd Corner will have this piece for sure! Give me two weeks, live on IG. This is the number one Hot Toys 1/6 figure in 2023! Top five hands down!!!🔥🔥 Thank you for this one brother Justin ✨✨✨✨🙌🏾👊🏾🤓 Kerin, Nerd Corner USA 🇺🇸
I feel you she is so worth it!
25:54 looks so awsome with Bats and Sups
Agreed!
9:43 That's not a figure, that's Gal Gadot Wonder Woman
Jokes aside, it's spot on
Legit!
I have been deliberating on buying a hot toys figure I just need someone to sell me on it. If there’s any sixth scale collectors reading this I would like to know, what got you interested in collecting these figures and how do you feel about buying these, do you think it’s worth the money?
The realism and yes!
She's gorgeous
She is!
I’m glad I don’t need it because Sideshow and Hot Toys won’t let me get it! So I don’t have to get it. Do you get it? Because I don’t get it why the scalpers won’t let me get it😂 because they want to get all of it and to resell it which makes it way impossible for me to get it because my wallet won’t allow it.😂 Since you all have it, the rest of us that don’t have it won’t cry about it but it’s certainly nice to have it😢
Fair enough!
Headsculpt is fantastic. Hair is better but still not great. Still looks like a barbie....maybe a bit more refined.
Nah it’s completely different in person it’s genuine wool hair
Great review. Just got this piece (not here yet but its on the way) and I found this review to get a closer look at what I was getting (and justify my purchase). I spit out my soda at 17:10..."You have some definition up underneath her skirt"....LOL.
Lol
