- It was very difficult for me to tell my parents that I became muslim because I had no idea how they were going to respond. It was a very emotional and personal converstation in private. However I think it is important to share this video because for many reverts this is such a difficult moment. I hope this video can maybe help someone.

If the parents are enemies of Muslim and they come to war with Muslims then she has to cut relationships with them.
Otherwise she must be respectful and take care of them.

Give your parents' time, Sister. Being a Muslim means treating them with love, patience, and gentleness. My parents were practising Roman Catholics and didn't take the news of my reversion to Islam well to start with. But now, many years later, they tell me I'm a better son after becoming Muslim.

Sister, good to hear that you finally told your parents about your conversion and their reaction is absolutely normal. You must now show that Islam has changed you for the better. You have to treat your parents even better than you did before and show them that they don't have to worry about losing you, but that their bond with their daughter has become stronger than before. You should also not rush anything, such as wearing a headscarf or wearing a beard (joking). You must now mainly gain knowledge and Islam should not hinder you in your daily life, just be you.
