CaRE (Cardiovascular and Respiratory Examination)

Cardiovascular and Respiratory examinations are a core skill that students’ from nursing, undergraduate medicine, and other medical disciplines learn early in their training. CaRE is the first trainer of its kind that can take learners from the first stages of this journey, learning to feel and identify the individuals skills, through to full cases with abnormal cardiovascular or respiratory physiology.
With the RFID & other technologies, CaRE can accurately replicate a range of heart and lung sounds which can be listened to with a stethoschope, as well as pulses and breathing movements. The model can realisticlt present 31 clinical cases ranging from common, such as sepsis, to uncommon giving students a broad understanding of cardiovascular and respiratory system cases.
