Egwu is a word native to the Igbo tribe. It basically means Music but by extension in its richness it also means celebration
For example Chike sang in his own verse : Egwu anyị anaghị ajụkwa ajụ ya bido nawa gị ime
It means "Our music doesn't ask questions before making entrance into your soul" Another way of putting it is exactly the way Mohbad sang it, "Music doesn't need permission to enter your spirit"

Secondly, Egwu is an Igbo word meaning "music". Egwu That's why the director went with a carnival vibe to the video and choreography.
Chike used the video to honour the memory of Mohbad.

Egwu can mean dance or music in Igbo depending on context or the action word before it (ịkpọ egwu = to play music, ịtị egwu = to make music, ịgba egwu to dance to music). Change the intonation and it can also mean fear or reverance depending on context.
