Nice man, but tbh FOR ME, it's not. Noro, it's a slow kagune with high durability, bad mobility, mid dmg, and it's cheap. But let's compare noro with another kagunes (ignoring the prices). We have kakujira (high dmg, good mobility, good durability), kong (high durability, really good mobility, mid-high dmg), etc. Conclusion: Have all of them in different slots :P

@PharadoxPH kinda of, they changed some of its mechanics, making it a bit better than before. Idk much about what has changed, but in my experience, it's now really annoying to fight against and pretty hard to counter
