Very helpful, thank you! This video is substantially better than the 58 minute 'review' you did on this scope. This video is quick, to the point, organized and very informative. Thank you so much!
Hello. I ordered this model ( SDS1104X-E ). Will use it for embedded system , electronic projects and PCB. This is first time I buy one Oscilloscope. Is this good Oscilloscope ?? you recommend it
If I wanted to make my Siglent SDS1204x-e act like an analog scope in the sense of having the trigger point on the left edge of the screen, which Reference Position option makes most sense? Thank you!
I tend to use my older SDS2000 most of the time, mainly because it has a larger screen, and as it is the one I’ve had the longest I’m the most comfortable with it, plus I hacked it a bit to make it cover up to 340MHz...
@@andymouse if your budget can manage it I recommend the larger SDS2000X series, they have the touch screen etc, I did a review on one about 6 months ago at a guess.
Should also be possible to save several/many standard setups on a memory stick on the USB port, that can be recalled according to the named files that created saving the setup. You are thus provided with more than the one standard test setup on the scope, for a great variety of tests.

Gotta love the SPO clarity, makes me want to chuck my SDS1102DL+ straight in the BIN!
Excellent, thank you!
Great tip, especially useful if in a work/group scenario where multiple people fiddle with the settings

This aliasing from screen to camera hurts my eyes really bad.
Ok, I had to go back to the video to perceive aliasing. Quite sensitive you are sir
I couldn’t understand one word you said.
Are you an American? As it seems Americans struggle with non American accents more than other English speaking countries.
