I'm just gonna say it. Digimon digivolutions are absolutely wierd. Tentamon got uglier, most did not even look connected in any way from one stage to the next. Except Augomon, he cool. Stays a dinosaur the majority of the time, then becomes a dino mecha knight.
It's also weird that one of Gatomon's evolutionary lines is based on a dog. I feel that Salamon is out of place and needs to be part of a different evolutionary line that makes more sense. For the Gatomon line, the Baby and In-Training forms would stay the same, Gatomon should be the Rookie form and have the Champion (Angewomon), Ultimate (new feminine Angel Digimon) and Mega (Ophanimon) forms be based on angels just like the Patamon line.
