Plastic Recycling is the process of recycling materials into useful products.Largely all the plastics used in the world are non-biodegradable in nature, hence recycling becomes the only solution globally to reduce the waste and curb pollution reluting from it. We can optimize the lifespan of plastics by recycling it into a new product to be used again and again and so on.
Nearly all types of plastics can be recycled, however the extent depends upon their chemical component, economic and logistic factors. For the process of recycling, Plastics are basically categorized into bio-degradable and non-biodegradable plastics and then another important aspect is their marking. As an aid to recycling, the BPF recommends marking of all plastics with an appropriate identification code.

When one can invest huge sum why should they not provide safety gears to labourers? At least a dozen set of the same should be provided with the machines only and charged for the same. Heavy fines should be imposed for not carrying out the order

What about marketing of this product and price in today's market
It's a very high capital invested business
I think the conversion is bad, because they said that an agglomerator cost 2 million rupees, that's around 30 thousand dollars hahaha I think is 200 thousand rupees that is around 3 thousand dollars, that are very similar to the cost a machine like that in my country (I'm from Mexico)
Better these units become more modern techno enabled all safety precautions taken.
Do they care, where the wastage created in the process ,such as polluted water.. Hope they are not pumped into river/stream.

Dear Sirs! I ask you to consider the possibility of providing a platform to install equipment for testing technology for the processing of contaminated (not washed) unsorted plastic garbage into commercial products: euro-pallets, garbage and wine boxes, car bumpers, floating berths, boats, plastic road fences, Chippers Injecting liquid sevilen and physical blowing agent (FVR) into the pressure zone of the extruder, with a low boiling point, mixing the melt mixture, we found an unusual property of the FVR, to crosslink different Limers forming side bonds that connect the chains to each other. Due to this, the physical characteristics change greatly, without changing the chemical properties of the plastic. Using FVR it is possible to process contaminated not sorted: PFH, PVD, PND, PPN, ABC, PSS, UPS. Moisture is removed, dirt is used as a filler, it is also necessary to add a temperature averager, dye. For testing, at least 200 m2 and 110 kW are required. I do not offer scientific research, I use only ready-made technology, equipment and components. The time for work is 4 months.
