CAPTAIN CLAW PRISON SPEEDRUN

i know i suck, ok?
its my first time playing in ages, and decided to make a speedrun and see how I do and how much I remember of the map. obviously I don't remember much XD. its also my first speedrun so that's why I sometimes loot, not used to doing speedruns. THANKS FOR WATCHING!
