    You are right. No tomatoes should be added to ojri.
    Also, if you add dry meethi leaves at the end, it will enhance the flavor. Just 1 tsp.

    I m a home kitchen chef... I have many times made this meat..u mistook that it should be just boiled once for cleaning...then boil it in cooker with 6 to 7 whistles, then prepare it in pan just like regular meat, with all spices and ginger garlic paste and onions only.....then try it...I m waiting for my recommendation.....make another vlog of goat intestines once again

    ये खड़ा अच्छा बनता है बजाय कड़ाई के ।।अगर आप टमाटर प्याज लहसुन खड़े मसले सब मिक्स करके प्रेशर मे डालते तो स्वाद बेहतरीन आता तब ग्रेवी शार्ट करनी थी फिर भी मुझे तो बढ़िया लगा

    Pajii i am from hzb jharkhand. Nd I took only 10 min to clean it nd u took lots of tym nd also it was not so cleaned, it can harm ur digestion also. So plz take care. Nd yeah jst made it fry without water in kadhai, that will be so delicious

    Bhai pahle khade masale bhunj kar powder bna lo. Phir onion, garlic, ginger paste dalke fry karo. Usme haldo mirch powder dalke fry karo. Phir usme boti dalo.

    As per my view masala piyaz dalte wakt or boti pakne ke bad dalna se sayad taste or jada ana tha.....agle bar try kr k dekna... specially in...bakre ka meat or intestine me.....jitna ho sake....pakne k bad dal k dekna....or tora tez dalna masala fir dekiye....
