I m a home kitchen chef... I have many times made this meat..u mistook that it should be just boiled once for cleaning...then boil it in cooker with 6 to 7 whistles, then prepare it in pan just like regular meat, with all spices and ginger garlic paste and onions only.....then try it...I m waiting for my recommendation.....make another vlog of goat intestines once again
