- Carowinds' WinterFest is a ton of fun this year for 2023. With 5 million Christmas lights, a full parade, entertaining shows, ice skating, character meets, and fun crafts, it's surely to be a hit for any fan of Christmas. There are so many things to do there that it's surely going to take more than one night to experience it all. I hope you enjoy this vlog of my full experience on opening night in Charlotte, NC!

How long do you think 2 adults would enjoy being there for new years? 2 hours? 3 hours? Etc
Honestly, there are a lot of things to do and watch if it's like what I saw. Some good shows and things. We were there all night and didn't ride anything. Sorry for being a bit late 😬
They should’ve had more Halloween props for scarowinds JUST LIKE THIS LIKE IT LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL

Me and my family went last Friday night for the first night of winterfest there just before 5:00. We were second the furry. We didn't stay to see the tree lighting ceremony though. The decorations were great. Many pictures and videos taken. I took a video of the Christmas parade cool. We road to Gondola when me and my sisters were little.

Awesome! If you're into sports, I suggest a Checkers (hockey) or Hornets(NBA) game. There's also the NASCAR Museum and Discovery Place (for kids). As for places to eat, if you go near a Smoke Pit location, you absolutely have to try it. I could eat there every day lol. Good luck and I hope you have fun!

Do they do any Peanuts merchandise?
They do have general Peanuts merch but I don't think I saw any Winterfest Peanuts merch. There usually is though so maybe it wasn't set out for us at the media event. Check the store in front of Camp Snoopy just to make sure!
