That’s so funny to me cause what are the odds. Those names aren’t that common in people and are so random for animals that it has to be a fan that named them

I think a comment on a different video said that someone needs to go through and make a compilation of Jordan's unacknowledged zingers, and I couldn't agree more lol.
reminder for folks on certain adhd meds (and other kinds of meds too) that citrus can totally nullify the effects of your meds. so if ur taking ur stuff and then drink a big glass of orange juice you might be screwing yourself over!!!! even things with just citric acid (lots of processed foods and sodas) can inhibit your meds doing their full job. was reminded of this because of anastasia talking about starting something new and her psych saying she needed to inform them before she started new stuff. no doctor i talked to at any point ever mentioned that citrus would interact with my adderall in that way, i had to learn that on my own thru the internet 🙃
This is very exaggerated just so you know! Citrix’s will absolutely NOT nullify the effects of any med. When taken within an hour of your meds, citrus fruits, especially grapefruit, have citric acid which can slightly decrease absorption and speed up how quickly it goes through your body (for this like birth control). This will just make the med a bit less effective or run out faster for meds that are supposed to be effective for 24 hours, However, in MOST cases as long as you give an hour in between consuming citrus and your meds, you should be fine. Have your citrus happen hour before or after your meds AND YOU WILL BE FINE.
The santa clause tv show reveals that the santa tim allen kills was actually a kind of ritualistic suicide to create the perfect santa clause lineage somehow.
A RUclipsr called BHUltra made a really good video about the tv show and that reveal made me laugh out loud, the whole reasoning was because Santa Clause wanted his title to make the North Pole basically a monarchy
Long time listener and recently diagnosed with bipolar, I really appreciate how open you guys are with mental health differences. I feel like listening to this show (especially this episode) helped me accept my diagnosis quicker than if I didn’t see the realities of living with bipolar and seeing healthy supportive friendships.
The Santa Clause clause is funny cause WHAT court of law would they be planning to take him to? Talk about jurisdiction issues! And I feel like some court of magical beings or whatever would not be the most stoked about the complaint. "We forcibly gave this regular human who didn't know magic exists magical powers and told him he's now a being that he thought is a fairytale character and now he won't cooperate with us!" I kinda feel like that would get a "You did WHAT??" reaction, ya know?
I was taken to see the Santa Clause in the theater as a child and my strongest memory of it is being scared by the body horror and it being dismissed by the doctor 🙁 Between that and Santa dying I couldn’t understand how this was supposed to be a magical fun Christmas movie. It could never surmount the darkness inherent in the premise.
This is what I went through watching Charlie and the Chocolate factory in theatres. I like the Santa clause, funnily enough, but could not stand how dark Charlie and the chocolate factory was. I had to leave the theatre because I was crying too much at one point. Like, it wasn't the kid's fault for being raised poorly, and they're all permanently disfigured as a result, you know?
The mannequin story reminds me of an episode of Bob's burgers, s3 ep9. Where the guy is trying to find his wife, who is a mannequin, because he says he used to be a mannequin too

What do you mEAN GET WELL SOON?? We’re in this for the long haul, I’m going to be mentally unwell until I die lmaooo

in regards to the santa clause: fae contracts arent subject to the same rules as human legal contracts, even if they use the same structures or phrasing in order to be understood
11:13 I knew a family growing up that would go all out for holiday characters to make them seem real, like using doll feet to make green glitter footprints to look like leprechaun tracks, I don't think it went well for any of them when they found out it was all fake. After a long discussion with my therapist (who isn't a psychiatrist) about stopping my brain medication I went to my GP and she was like too happy about it. She even said something like "so many people use them as a crutch and stay on them forever" and it really grossed me out. ESPECIALLY because trying coming off might not have worked, like I could have decided to go back to them!
Aw lol I love the step dad. I would also be concerned if my step kid’s dad was claiming to be Santa. But also he is more chill in the second and third movies and they all stay close. They have their own kid and she considers Tim Allen’s character her uncle :)
I don't recall if it was suggested in one of the later films or just some theory I watched years ago, but my understanding is that the Santa Claus that fell off Scott's roof had chosen Scott as his successor and intentionally made noise and fell off the roof and died so Scott would be there to put on the suit 🤷
1:34:42 To combat Jarvis, there’s a lot of factors that determine whether or not you die when you are Santa Claus and you are falling off a roof. How high up were you? What angle did you land on? How packed tight was the snow? It’s been a while since I’ve seen this film but it’s likely that the snow wouldn’t have done shit to comfort the fall. (Source: My dad who’s an engineer)
