LOVE the cutting boards girl! I usually distinguish by using dark gray cutting boards for meat and white cutting boards for veggies/fruits :) Such a cute home haul! Do you guys have places like HomeGoods/HomeSense in the UK? I'm Canadian so I'm always curious which brands people have access to or use often :) xx

I have the same cutting boards! The white one is for cooked foods (they have a different bacteria compared to raw foods)...it's not for bread because bread cutting boards traditionally have crumb catchers.

Hi! I think for the chopping board, the layer with a carrot is for cold food, like salad, and the one with a cup is for hot dish because you know we need to separate hot and cold food when we're chopping them. Hopefully, it could be right.

I believe the white cutting board is for hot plates or pots that you shouldn't place on wood surfaces as it will ruin the table. Many people will use a cutting board to shield the heat from your table.. I'm assuming that is why it's white as most white cutting boards will eventually stain if you cut food on it however, a hot plate will not ruin the white colour.
