Hi Brina! Love the supportive girl gang you’ve surrounded yourself with at Pritzker. ☺️ I just interviewed at Pritzker a few weeks ago and was curious if you were accepted in October or later in March- I’m so anxious awaiting my decision! 😝
congrats on the interview!! i was accepted in december -- in my application year, they sent out early acceptances once a month from oct. to dec. -- but the vast majority of acceptances will go out in march. so definitely don't stress if you don't get anything in october; plenty of my classmates didn't hear until spring. best of luck & congrats again!
@@brinawang Thank you so much for the well wishes and helpful response, Brina! ☺️ Do you know if the the time of acceptance correlated with time of interview, in that earlier interviews generally received a decision earlier? Also, I found that the faculty, staff, and students at Pritzker were very nice and my interviews felt like a genuine conversation- in your experience, did you find that the other medical schools you interviewed at were similarly approachable like Pritzker? Thanks so much!!!
@@zhangangela nope, no real correlation, especially as (like i said) the vast majority of decisions will come out in the spring. so def try not to stress! as for how friendly pritzker is compared to other schools -- i'd recommend watching the video i uploaded on my med school decision. pretty much all my interviews were friendly, but the welcoming vibe at pritzker stood out for me. good luck!
Love this series!! 💛 I would love to know what you advise ppl if they were attending a grad school that attends typical (A/B/C) grading system! I am going to USC for pa school and it’s like ABC grading and i am a but nervous about that! 😅
congrats on PA school -- so exciting! unfortunately I don't know if I have any good advice since I've never done med school under a typical grading system. I imagine your PA school experience will probably feel more similar to undergrad since it's graded, but I think a lot of what we talked about (making work-life balance a priority, acknowledging that you don't have to know everything to succeed, etc.) will still apply. don't be nervous, you got this!!
Love these chats that you have! Please never stop doing them, they are really helpful!
aw, so glad to hear!!
Enjoyed watching the entire video. You guys are amazingly! Keep up the momentum - remain close to one another and true to yourselves!
Great content as usual
