I installed LED bulb in my TVS Wego following your tut. Surprisingly, the LED has better cut off than the Osram Silverstar, which I was using and also 3.6x brighter than it.

Had bought it from Bahrain, could not find it online. You could try offline hardware store
We're I have to go to install my led bulb
Any battery drain issued, becz In my stock setup also battery horn don't work properly, I'm using amaron dry battery, u have change battery with high voltage.
Nothing as such, the last battery which I had which I haf replaced somewhere at the same time of this setup lasted for 4+ years and u replaced it some two weeks back.
Maybe your RR unit is faulty or inefficient to charge, get it checked

There is no problem but you will need to convert your dio setup to DC otherwise the bulb will have short life

If your activa uses H4 bulb as stock then you can use this bulb

what if you connect an rectifier on headlight cables as an input and the headlight get connected to rectifier's output? I only care for main headlight to be dc. Is there any way you can do this or I'm talking nonsense?
The output of rectifier is DC but it's variable depending on the rpm of alternator. Using battery fixes this and you get proper stable DC, hope this clears your doubt 😊
Your solution is the best, but I really cant pull this off. You seem to know a lot about electrical engineering so one more question for you if you may. If I use specifically a full bridge rectifier with a capacitor, then add a voltage regulator for further smoothing and finally connect the led bulb on the regulator... Any idea if this going work? Can you help me determine specifications of parts as well by assumig my motorcycle has exaxt same ac output as yours.
Well you can do that but it would be redundant. As In , the scooter already has Regulator Rectifier which does this job for you. But the problem is as per the engine RPM this Output DC connected to headlight ( stock condition) fluctuates approx between 7-13vdc.
That's why use battery as source for stable supply which will not drop below 12v ideally.
However you can do away with the scooters RR unit and use the bridge rectifier setup with voltage regulator but that will be a tedious job to do and adjust the values plus not to forget reliability would be of question. Too many red flags for me to go that way and that's why I won't suggest doing that.

Night eye is not good, I don't even consider them as a headlight replacement with the products they have as of this comment atleast

Use Dremel to make the mout but again you might not get proper focus of the beam so be aware of it before modifying

It is rated to be waterproof. But if I would not recommend for it to be exposed to water all the time

Yes bro you it is compatible, no side effects but make sure your bike had DC setup. You can check out my video on how to convert AC to DC

anupam rastogi use the same logic of the connection that I have explained, just your wires will be in different position , simple. Take help of a multimeter so that you don't make any mistakes

@@RahilChodanker I want to a very bright head light for my Bullet STD 350CC 1971 MODEL, I've changed the wiring to 12v to required original specifications... yet the light is very low
Changing to DC will not have any impact on brightness, you will need to change the bulb to LED one or get a good LED projector Installed. That's the only way for brightness. Stay away from all bulbs costing less than Rs.2000/- they will only look bright but will not throw any usable light on the road
