As a waxing professional I can say this - waxing is not just about removing hair. It’s about removing the hair in the most safest and painless way possible all while keeping your client comfortable. This lady should’ve definitely trimmed his chest hair before waxing.
I’m an esthetician and worked professionally as a body wax specialist. The center strips down the middle should have been done first, that way the side strip ends wouldn’t have to be picked out in order to get a grip/ hold of them to pull.

Laying hard wax in a pattern where the tab is in a place with hair is poor technique. The tab should ALWAYS be located on hair free skin otherwise unnecessary pain is caused for the client. This was one of the most poorly thought out wax patterns that I’ve ever seen. I felt badly for the client.

The purpose of powder is to create a barrier between skin and wax, so it doesn’t hurt as much. Oil works better, is cleaner, and leaves the skin nicer. Just try it for yourself. Your clients will thank you for it. Do it with care though, because if you apply too much the wax won’t adhere properly.
Black Coral Wax The purpose of powder is to make sure the skin isn’t moist so the wax can adhere better. For the oil, I use a hard wax that only grips hair not skin so that can help pain because it’s not ripping any skin. But the waxer was having a lot of trouble removing the wax and THAT can be VERY painful for the person getting waxed if they aren’t ripping in one go.OUCH.Using powder isn’t that messy if you just sprinkle a little on the area. It also helps area not to be moist so application and ripping goes smoother. I just felt so bad for the guy😥

@@khushiigupta6432 pinpoint bleeding is completely 100% normal when waxing. It actually means the hair is less likely to grow back in that spot due to the trauma the removal caused the follicle! That’s why less hair grows back each time you wax!!
Man, that looked like a painful service, all those wax strips breaking back and forth! I think this could've been a better wax appointment by having the strips applied a bit thicker with cleaner edges and a better lip at the end that the waxer was pulling from to remove the strips. I also think this could've gone better with a more systematic approach to where the wax was applied, working in sections. As well as applying a strip right down the middle so there would be an area of skin that the lips of the strips could be laid that didn't have hair underneath so that the waxer wouldn't be breaking any hairs as they removed the strips. I think just going in randomly with the strips made for more work for the practitioner (not to mention surely made it difficult to tell where to lay clean-up strips) and more discomfort for the client. 😕
I am a male in my 30s. I went to laser sessions and it's so much worth it. Just apply for laser therapy. It's a bit costly but worth every penny. With around 10 sessions, you'll be fine for at least a year and after that period, the hair will grow smaller, lighter, almost whitish and not even recognizable. Like a dream!
for the guys: you bodyhair is thicker with stronger bigger roots, pulling it out may cause bleeding like pricked by a tousand pins. its ok dont panic.also, before you do it, *drink about 1/5 from a bottle of Rum* you're welcome.

Maybe it was not the best waxing technic but in her defence, it was not a easy one. So many hair with different directions. A trim would make a big difference in this case.

@@slamacatgt4296 it has actually nothing to do with hygiene. In fact, body hair reduces the amount of sweat accumulating on the skin. Having body hair is actually more hygienic than being without body hair. There is a reason that humans / animals have body hair.

@@slamacatgt4296 yes, in medival times. Nowadays, everyone should have access to water and soap. So there shouldn't be any chance for bacterias to build up ;) it is the same thing like circumcision. It makes sense when you life in a desert without access to water and soap. But if you have access to that, there is no advantage

Maybe it was not the best waxing technic but in her defence, it was not a easy one. So many hair with different directions. A trim would make a big difference in this case.
