- LvL 93 Gemling Tier 13 Waystone +1 .Quantity Tablets seem like the way to go. But i can´t sustain Tier 15 Waystones with high quant and rarity.
Is a lower Tier Waystone with Quant/Rarity better than a Tier 15 with subpar mods ?
