- Come along with the "A Team" as we delve into the first mine of our Derbyshire trip, teaming up again with Antonio and Dave and also this time with Richie... later we also join up with Peter.
Here we visit a "mixed mine" so called as Lead, Barytes and Fluorspar were mined here, the Geology is also very mixed with some parts going from solid rock into an incredibly crumbly volcanic type rock/ shale, i'd strongly advise everyone to stay away from this mine, many parts are falling in and rotting timbers are ready to give way to the weight above them, there's a lot to see but it won't be long until it seals it's secrets for good...
