it's funny that Jurassic Park completely overshadows the accurate depiction of Dilophosaurus that Lego decided to make them less accurate later on to cater to the films, Dilophosaurus is estimated to have been around 9ft tall I could bicker about the "Velociraptors" but who hasn't already
Hey @DuckBricks think you can use your Lego Masters connection to get Lego to FINALLY give us a molded Spinosaurus? 😅 jokes aside, I was shocked we didn’t get one with the last batch of Camp Cretaceous sets. Especially considering the JPIII Spino reprised his role as the main antagonist of season 3. But I guess Lego forgot about him because they went ahead and made sets for Chaos Theory. 😢
He doesn't talk about it much, but both of his parents were tragically killed by a mugger when he was just eight years old and he inherited their massive fortune, as well as his father's hugely successful tech company. It's weird, he sort of disappeared for a long time a few years ago, and then he just resurfaced after this huge hiatus. Funnily enough that was actually around about the time that mysterious vigilante started to appear... Kind of a weird coincidence :s
Fun fact: the larger Dilophosaurus Lego made is the only Lego dinosaur made in the JW line to be accurately scaled to its real-life counterpart. The one in the movie is smaller than real life.
I had the mutant lizards, all with blue specks. I remember I’d freeze them in water and pretend they’d thawed into modern times. Surprisingly they never seemed to suffer any damage from that.
Just finished the full video! @DuckBricks hate to break it to you, but you missed 1 dinosaur molds, the Coelophysis from the 2012 Dino theme. They are 1 solid piece like the Atrociraptor, and the only mold from that theme that did not return with Jurassic World! There are 3 variants of that dinosaur from that theme. You actually showed one at 58:03, but never discussed it again! Whoopsie
Oh shoot, good call! Kicking myself rn - I recorded a full segment on them and you can see them in the group shots, but somehow that one clip was missed in the editing 🤦 - guess I’ll need to do a part 2!
@@DuckBricks I don't blame you, that is definitely the most forgettable one! It is interesting that they are similar to the new small predator dinos that they have been making for Jurassic World.
They actually did return for Jurassic world, in a poly bag where Lego tries to play it off like they were a gallimimus. They still gave it a chicken leg as bait tho which is just so 🤦♂️
Here's a horrible Duckbricks drinking game that works on many of his videos: Take a drink whenever Chris says either "moving on" or "ton of fun". (Don't actually try this; you may die.)
I got the 2018 brown tyranno. But I MOCed it to create a better Chen Robo saurus from the stealth raider set, with Chen´s throne and mechanical tail, arms and legs. Also got the Carno Taurus without scar, which still waits for mechanical surgery to become my second robosaurus, guess Clouse might be riding it. Also the latest Blue hangs out here to be MOCed a bit as an Anancondrai fighting machine. Ahhh, guess I´ll never grow up ;-). Nice video, I had to skip from time to time, man, you have got so much info!
To this day I guilt myself for loosing the golden baby t-rex from the Agents set, Tho I didn't know anything about value, I thought the piece looked amazing
Hearing you say Pteradactyl hurts, especially when you use the correctly named Pteranodon Pteradactyl isn't Pteranodon, it's an outdated name for pterosaurs in general, but people ended up associating that family name into Pteranodon itself, and that hurts There is an animal called Pteradactylus however
@23:16 you mentioned a Gunmetal Grey Velociraptor prototype that you saw in Denmark? I did a quick google and couldn't find anything. Is this in a prior video on your channel?
I had all the adventures ones, from when I was a child. As an austic kid that loved both lego adventures and dinossaur, I was thrilled when they were released. Until last year I gave away all my system lego to a younger counsing and kept just the Bionicle and the Blue/Green dinosaurs that came in canisters. You kept calling Blue "he", but all the raptor squad are females. You called the Atrociraptors "indo raptors". And I never understood why they are SMALLER, when in the movies Atrociraptors are slighly larger then the Velociraptors. PS: I liked that you clarified they aren't all DINOSSAURS. But it would be good to mention on each individual case when they aren't dinossaurs, just to educate any child that might be watching.
Seeing him glide down the stairs legit makes me trip every time
It makes me laugh so hard. I like to imagine it's in the future where he can hover around.
>Insert gif of Alan Grant standing up in the Jeep and taking off his sunglasses
48:44 What’s funny is that both sizes are actually too small compared to the real Dilophosaurus, with adults reaching lengths of around 23ft.

45:58 😂🤣He said two indoraptors
part 2 should have the duplo ones as well
along with the mammoth and smilodon

season 4-5. 3 was the scorpious
How does this man own every single Lego set in existence!

A lot of people say the knock off Lego dinosaurs are pretty bad, I bought some and they’re not too bad definitely a cheaper plastic but still good.
Dino Attack has the BEST molds, change my mind.
I have all except the mutant pterodactyl
I like to think the green t-Rex is the buck from Jurassic park the lost world
I loved Dinosaurs when I was really little before I got into LEGO so the 2010s Dino theme has a special place in my heart 💯💯
Awesome!!
Man the Dino Attack/2010 dinosaurs are massive...
Fun fact: the larger Dilophosaurus Lego made is the only Lego dinosaur made in the JW line to be accurately scaled to its real-life counterpart. The one in the movie is smaller than real life.
These kinds of videos are so much fun, I love learning about all the different molded dinosaurs, thanks duckbricks!
The pteranodon from Dino island is specifically the P. sternbergi species while the modern Pteranodon is P. longiceps
I had the mutant lizards, all with blue specks. I remember I’d freeze them in water and pretend they’d thawed into modern times. Surprisingly they never seemed to suffer any damage from that.
My goal is to TRY and collect all of the 2012 onward style of DINOS. They are just so cool :D
lego dino is so nostalgic to me I remember ripping them open diving into building it on the floor during christmas 💖
also those are atrociraptors ;-;
💀💀💀imagine how much money would this cost

ah ive just put in a few purchases for the classic 2000s dinosaurs, perfect video for me to watch!
Awesome, enjoy those!!

This man just casually flexing his collection in his video without boasting any of it 🗿🍷

So glad you said Therizinosaurus right!

You are the best Lego youtuber
He should thank mommy and daddy
Why didn’t you include the Lego Coelophysis from Dino 2012 and Jurassic world?
The old school mosasaurus still holds up today
IT’S SO BEAUTIFUL!
hopefully we'll get Jurassic World Rebirth Lego sets
If it does happen maybe they should be unique instead of recycled
I highly doubt we won’t get any. And that hopefully means we get Lego spino. (Lego please)
Ok this now a commitment now
If I ever do a prehistoric park I will use the old stegosaurus as wuerhosaurus
65 million Bricks in the making.
🦕🧱
Would be really nice if you put on screen set numbers and small box images of sets you talking about.
We need a part 2 brickbuild dinosaurs
I hope next year will give us a Lego spinosaurus a Lego parasaurolophus and a Lego mosasaurus
(Kinda) fun fact: pterodactyl is not a species, it’s a genus that includes pteranodon!
for the latest Blue figure, the set is still on store shelves, as he never actually says so in the video

Part 2 please

Is it just me or do I hear NINJAGO music in the background 🗣️🔥🔥
What is that set, Stiggy Mullock? Decent set.
Are you talking about the alpha team from dinosaur King
You sed indoraptor to atrosoraptures. Butt it is fine🙂
No way dude called them Indoraptors twice.
Where are the Celophysis?
2: mosasaurus ouranosaurus SPINOSAURUS brachiosaurus T-Rex styracosaurus triceratops
I don't think you have included coelophysis, which lego has made.

When will you continue with whatnot shows
My ultimate goal one day
First, lets see some dinos
I do not care what anybody thinks about the stegosaurus it is the best Lego dinosaur
no way he called atrociraptor "indorapor"
(although to be fair they are just worse indoraptors)
They are atrocaraptors
ALGO
Pterodactylus and pteranodon are called pterosaurs I comment this just for education purposes
26:11
I cant be the only one whos bothered by him calling all the Jurassic World dinosaurs "he" when theyre all female
blue is a her
you missed the coelophysis
that should be included in part 2
What ur parents do for work
Broo blue is a she not he
