Many would cry for him even when he was still alive. A stadium full of people cried when he lit that torch for the olympic game. Howard Cossel cried when giving a tribute to him on his 50th birthday, announcing his love for the man in tears.

I think the only ones who call him racist are probably white American racists who try to cover up their own racist views by trying to attack someone that has denounced their religion and even their establishment. It's laughable really to call a guy racist who spends so much time with white despite despite what they did to his people, the time he spends with white kids, how he freed those white American hostages from Saddam, his best friend who is a jew, his daughter married a white jew who he loves.

Gorgeous G- Ali supported SEGREGATION! He shared the racist views of the KKK! He called Joe Frazier an 'Uncle Tom' and treated ALL WHITE PEOPLE as one and the same. Ali always judged people on their race, not their individuality. This is a verifiable fact.

He came for a book signing in in my city, we were in this huge lobby awaing his entrance, when he came in his presence was electrifying, the place spontaeneously erupted in applause. he responde by waving to us. I was in the middle of the queue, but as he walked by, he singled me out and and sparred with me...and talked a little...the way he responded to others was very heart warming, no hype, arrogance, or pride, just humility.

I thank the Creator for giving me an opportunity to meet the man I've admired since I was 9yrs of age. I will never forget the one trick he taught me - how to levitate! Boy did I cry when he lost to Joe Frazier. My dad was extremely elated though. To him Muhammad Ali talked too much. Me, his voice rhyming and smack talking was all I wanted to hear. My Pops later changed the way he viewed The Champ after he became a conscientious objector. Because he fought in WW2 and felt America had no business in Vietnam, he was quite surprised yet happy to see Ali stand firm for what he believed in. That's when my dad realized that Muhammad Ali wasn't just mouth!

Honestly he is one of a kind in that way few people are. He was the biggest thing on earth in terms of status.
Yet if you look up everything about him, watched him. He always speaks to people, rich people, poor people, white people, black people any race of people any status. He genuinely loved to interact with anyone. He genuinely wanted to do good for everyone in one way or another. Who does that ? I can't remember 1 other celebrity in the history of anything who was like that. You seem him attend an opening of something and all the way in the corner is a poor guy just standing, and Ali goes to him, spars with him, talks with him. Makes his day. And he does it for almost every single individual in the room. Then you see him act like a superhero and save a guy from killing himself, then you see him go and save white hostages, another time donating his time and a lot of money to many different people. A guy who dared sacrify all his money, his fame, his career just to stand by his principle of not killing innocent people. I know he was joking when he called himself ''The Greatest'' but I genuinely think he was one of a kind. He IS the greatest.

One of the greatest figures of our lifetime! A great, gifted sportsman. Yet it was his humble character and 'down to earthness' with which he won the hearts of millions if not billions of fellow humans across the world. But for me, the greatest thing about him was that he submitted to his Lord and was a great servant of the divine and knew he would ultimately leave this temporary world and go back. God bless his soul and allow us to benefit from his wisdom and kind, sincere words. Peace

Mohammed Ali has understood that truth love compassion and standing up for the weakest and unfortunate is the way to gain love of the Almighty and he did it.
I have no doubt that he is in heaven and in a very best place.
The signs are obvious if a person is loved by so many must be coming from God.
Mohammed Ali followed the foot steps of the prophet of Islam Peace be upon him and he did it very well on spreading love tollerance and compassion.
We all love you champ you will be always remembered. Respect
