Good morning Omniel: It's nice of you to remind us all to support our local Roasters / Small Businesses... it absolutely helps our communities to thrive. I totally agree with you about waste... it's a terrible thing. Not your best day (days) at making espresso... I hate to say it, but it may help to remind us that we all have problems sometimes 🙂 My comments will be short today because we've got a lot of cleaning, preparations to get done before Thanksgiving day when our children and grandchildren arrive for the extended weekend. My wife surprised me with a special Thanksgiving event for us, and it involves something I had already mentioned to you. You will find out in the video's, soon enough. In regards to Gemini, they recently wrote me a message. In the message, they made me aware that their website needs to be updated. However, all of their stuff can be found on their Amazon page. When I checked the Amazon page, I found everything, except the bellows 😕. Maybe they ran out, I will need to check again. I already spoke about all of this on an upcoming video, you will see it soon. Thanks for keeping it going Omniel 💪🏼Please do share the video for quickly lubricating the lever! I just did it on my Bianca for the first time this morning and I did take off the bottom part as well to making it easier to re-insert the cam shaft. I didn’t find it too much of a hassle but if there is a quicker and easier way, that will be welcome :)

Hiya Omniel! Had a similar struggle with a Kenya just thus weekend. First it pulled way to fast, then it was still too fast! Had to grind at an abnormally fine setting to get it kinda in the ball park. The very next day, that same setting resulted in a choked shot, so I had to re-dial in the coffee meaning more wasted shots. Even when it went well, I never managed to get the best out of the coffee. Tried it as filter too, didn't enjoy the result either. About that lever lubrication video, have you posted it up already? I've not managed to catch it, and I think me lever's gonna need lubrication soon 😅 Nice latte art today mate! How about a video on your technique eh? The fact that you didn't even like it as pour-over, man, that's tough 😅. As to the maintenance video, that will be next Sunday. It's only 15 minutes, and straight to the point. I hope it helps. Think there's probably some kinda problem with the Kenya. To quote a certain someone we know, it was simply "No Bueno"! 😁 Looking forward to your next as always 👍🏼
