The overall message of the video is that while Angel is neck-deep in shit, has made a lot of mistakes, and doesn't see the point in going on living, there's hope for him. He still has some redeeming traits, like his genuine love for his friends and Fat Nuggets, and he's definitely not unappreciative of Charlie trying to help him. That's why he stays at the Hotel, partially to get away from Val and partially because Charlie's the one person in Hell besides Cherri to be nice to him and he wants to repay that, somehow.
no body talks about him and honestly it kinda pisses me off cause its a duet between angel AND cherri. and it seems like everyone else ignores her part :(
