Hi,I live in England and have just had my 1st Arum Lily finish flowering,I've cut off the dead flowers and I'm going to put the pot somewhere out of the way to let the leaves die down then put it in the hut over winter, then keep an eye on it for new shoots next feb/ March then put it back outside and enjoy it,thank you so much for your video on digging it up and re- planting the good bits,it has definitely encouraged me to have a go when it's been in the pot for a couple of years,🙋♂️🏴
Thank you for the video... my calla lilies aren't crowded, but they need to be moved. When I planted them I didn't plan well and ended up planting a rose bush too close to them. The rose is now blocking most of the light from the callas... they're still growing and spreading, but not blooming. They look GREAT, almost like a perfect picture from a plant book... minus the blooms. But I wasn't sure WHEN to move them, now I know... Thank you.
What about when cala lillies blow over, or when the stem softens too much and the stem falls over? I use stick, buy plant support etc. Not great solutions
If that happens often, the plants need more sun for strength. If it happens in storm, you have to provide extra support. Maybe try adding more soil like a mound?
Hello, i replanted my calla lilies, they were covered and not getting sun, but the next day they were drooping. I left them like that and water them but what could have cause them to bend?
This happens after transplant. If they are smaller in size, they don't drop as much. Bigger plants need to be protected from sun for a day. Hopefully, they are standing tall now.

@EasyPeasyGardening I tried adding more soil, the stem sometimes looks rotted, like a dark red color and the stem falls over.
@@EasyPeasyGardening Probably not enough sunlight
My callalilys are all hunched over. Any suggestions to get them pointed up? They've been in the house for over a month.
They probably need some sun. Also is the soil dry?
