    The mango tenor is a beauty.

    Nice Mango ukes! Niche Mahagonis too! Hard to compare, I think, as so many features are different, esp. the finish. But THANKS for showing this new lines!

    Hi Alex, thanks for the video. What's the difference between Ohana's new 32 series and their longstanding 35 (solid hog) series? Is it mostly decoration and visual aesthetics?

      Yes it is largely aesthetic although the slotted headstock will have an affect on the feel and marginally on the sound

      I have 5 gshocks and 5 ukes... I'm not flash with the Gshocks though like the ukes: my gshocks are the cheapest ones they do and half of them came off of vinted. 😅

    Is it me, or do all ukuleles sound about the same? I just don't see the reason to pay gobs more for something that just doesn't sound much better than something that cost a few hundred dollars. Maybe I'm wrong about this.

    • @SouthernUkuleleStore
      @SouthernUkuleleStore  9 месяцев назад

      It's you. 😂
      Although, you aren't always paying more for a better sound. It's more often about feel, playability, excitement, geographical location of the build and tonewoods used.
      There are plenty of mid priced ukes like L.Luthier, Flight that compete favourably against things 2-3 times the price.
