Seeing Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto London & Grand Theft Auto 2 videos just gives me this warm fuzzy feeling . We were just playing a game . Yeah. We don't know much about Rodney Morash and other characters in GTA London but imagine if there will be a remake of this game so we will know the backstory and personalities of these characters.

I love how throughout the game the pager shows texts from the protagonists girlfriend and her angry dad. The whole game starts with her going "It's yours". Such a funny and pointless detail.

The fact liberty city, vice city and San andreas have been made into 3D games and London hasn't is beyond me... it could be like Snatch/Lock stock style but in the swinging 60s. Rockstar have the capacity to do it some day surely!
Well to be fair to rockstar, in the original gta game, san Andreas was just San Francisco. For gta san Andreas it was turned into a whole state. Where san fransisco became san fierro . They added los angeles and Las Vegas has new cities and renamed them. And obviously already did liberty and vice city in 3d. But yes, London was not given a 3d version. Originally, dan houser wanted a gta london after gta 3. But they changed it to vice city instead. I'm okay with that. Maybe he left the company cause they refuse to leave the states when they make a new game 🤷♂️ that island in gta 5 online don't count we don't know what country it belongs to.
If I remember back in the 2000s they were planning a UK GTA but the UK government censors did not like the idea of a violent game about crime being set in London so Rockstar decided to keep the theme state side. shame really because I would love a cockney loudmouth as my player lol and nicking a black cab

When I first played this after beating the first GTA, the enhancements are a lot more noticeable. The graphics, the colors, the amount of things happening on screen (like all the soccer balls and destructible items, the street lamps). Its basically equivalent to the improvements between GTA 3 and Vice City. Then GTA 2 is more like the improvements between GTA 3 and San Andreas, it’s still the same formula, same engine, but with a massive overhaul
I’ve never actually played this one. I love how even though it’s not 3D and graphics are dated, it still feels like such a living breathing city with a lot going on.

There are a lot references to movies in London 1969. One of the more famous quotes is, "all you had to do was blow the bloody doors off!". Which is a reference to "the Italian job". So it's not like it doesn't have British inspirations.
Gta 1 and gta London is the same game but just updated the engine alot and we can have a second game there is a cool little detail about gta London that probably 5% of people noticed in gta 1 you get in the car the left side but in gta London you get in the car the right way.

Facts a remake on this game with a rage 9 or rage 10 engine would be fire. I feel like after gta 6 is through it’s lifecycle, gta 7 should take place in London. It can be called something like GTA 7 but they put 1970 and the 1,9 and 0 are way smaller than the 7

There are a lot references to movies in London 1969. One of the more famous quotes is, "all you had to do was blow the bloody doors off!". Which is a reference to "the Italian job". So it's not like it doesn't have British inspirations.

Gta 1 and gta London is the same game but just updated the engine alot and we can have a second game there is a cool little detail about gta London that probably 5% of people noticed in gta 1 you get in the car the left side but in gta London you get in the car the right way.
Are you aware that 9/10ths of the music in the car radios are actual music from real life?
It's the same for all 3rd world games,don't rembember gta 5 radio but i think gta 4 radio is like this too
