@@dinariffin953 right, Merapoh not much elevation, but have to trek along a river for almost 2km long and enter into a few caves flooded with water. Anyway it is quite fun to run on this trail.
Uncle , still a great training run despite your stomach issue. I initially have plan to go janda baik and Merapoh race this year but dropped due to family commitment. I wish you all the best for janda baik and look forward to see your journey there! Thanks for inspiring us!
